Post salary mainly reflects the responsibilities and qualifications of temporary employees. Posts are divided into professional and technical posts, management posts and ground skills posts. According to the relevant certificates and qualifications of temporary workers, the temporary workers in professional and technical positions are comprehensively evaluated and divided into three grades: junior technicians, intermediate technicians and senior technicians. Salaries for management posts and ground handling skills posts shall be implemented with reference to the ten-level staff of government agencies and institutions.

Length of service salary mainly reflects the work accumulation of temporary employees. The length of service salary is calculated according to the working years of temporary workers in this unit, and the length of service salary standard is 50 yuan every year.

Overtime should be based on the necessity of work, that is, in order to complete the compulsory, surprise or special work arranged, it is necessary to work for more than eight hours on weekdays or national legal holidays, and overtime pay must be calculated.

1. The statutory overtime hours and overtime pay standards are: New Year's Day, Spring Festival, Tomb-Sweeping Day, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day.

Overtime starting and ending time and conversion: overtime working hours shall be implemented according to normal working days, starting from 0.5 hours, and 0.5-2 hours shall be counted as half a day; Overtime of more than 2 hours is counted as 1 day.

2. Calculation and payment standard of overtime pay: overtime pay on statutory holidays = post pay /30*3, overtime pay on weekends and late at night = post pay /30.
