First, the recruitment conditions

Persons who have not been released from disciplinary action or are undergoing disciplinary review, persons whose criminal punishment period has not expired or who are suspected of violating laws and crimes are under investigation, and persons who are prohibited from applying for relevant positions in public institutions according to national and provincial regulations are not allowed to apply for the examination.
Second, registration.

(2) Registration method and time
1. Register online. Registration, qualification examination and payment confirmation are carried out simultaneously through the network.

Candidates can check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination 24 hours after submitting the registration information online. (3) Matters needing attention in registration
1. Applicants can only choose one position to register, and they cannot register with their old and new ID cards at the same time. Registration must be consistent with the ID card used in the examination room.
2. Applicants should truthfully fill in the relevant information according to the job requirements and online prompts (the information filled in should be consistent with the valid documents held) and upload their recent two-inch (35×45 mm) electronic ID photo without a hat, in jpg format, and the size should not exceed 20kb.
3. Candidates who apply for cancelled positions are notified by Tongzhou District Education Bureau. 4. Tongzhou District Education Bureau conducts audit according to the information filled in by candidates. Three, written examination, qualification review, comprehensive quality test
(1) Written examination
1. written test content. The written examination is a closed-book examination, which is organized and implemented by Tongzhou District Education Bureau. For those who apply for teaching positions related to Chinese, mathematics, English, physics, chemistry, biology, history and geography, the written test content is: subject knowledge (80%), basic knowledge of science, pedagogy and psychology (20%), full score100; For those who apply for other positions, the written test contents are: basic knowledge of public education, basic principles of pedagogy and psychology (60%), and writing (40%), with a full score of 100. The exam does not specify an outline and teaching materials.
2. Time and place of written examination. See the admission ticket for the time and place of written examination. Candidates take the written test at the specified time and place with their ID cards and admission tickets.
3. The written test results are announced. The written test scores are calculated with a percentage system, and the list, time and place of written test scores and qualification review will be published in Tongzhou Talent Network and Tongzhou District Education Portal within 10 working days after the written test.
(2) Qualification examination
1. According to the written test results, among the written test personnel, from high score to low score, the number of recruitment positions and the number of comprehensive quality tests are determined according to the ratio of 1: 3 (the last one with the same score will enter together). Tongzhou District Education Bureau is responsible for qualification examination.
2. Fresh graduates should bring their ID card, household registration certificate or certificate of origin (provided by applicants with college education), a recommendation form for graduates' two-way employment issued by the competent department of graduate employment, an undergraduate diploma, and a certificate of "normal" graduates (if the word "normal" has been marked in the Employment Recommendation Form, it may not be provided); And the original and copies of relevant materials required for post qualification review.
Non-fresh graduates carry ID cards, household registration certificates or certificates of origin (provided by applicants with college education or above), teacher qualification certificates and graduation certificates (graduates with postgraduate education also need to provide undergraduate graduation certificates), and in-service township teachers must provide the consent certificates of their work units and the education administrative departments of their counties (cities) (if they have resigned or left their jobs, Original resignation or resignation certificate materials are required), certificate of normal graduates (if the Registration Certificate or diploma has been marked with "normal class", this certificate is not required), electronic registration filing form of academic certificate of the Ministry of Education (printed in Xuexin.com) and original and photocopy of relevant materials required for post qualification review 1 copy each.

(3) Comprehensive quality test
1. comprehensive quality test candidates. Those who pass the qualification review take the comprehensive quality test.

3. Form and content. The comprehensive quality test includes two parts: preparing lessons and speaking lessons (or professional quality test), which is organized and implemented by Tongzhou District Education Bureau. The preparation of lessons and lectures (or professional quality tests) all adopt the percentage system. The content of preparing lessons and selecting lectures is the subject teaching material corresponding to the position of applying for the exam. Candidates in music, physical education, fine arts, information technology, preschool education and vocational education do not give lectures, but take professional quality tests.
4. Comprehensive quality test results. The perfect score for preparing lessons is 100, and the perfect score for lectures (or professional quality tests) is also 100. The total score of the comprehensive quality test is calculated according to the proportion of 50% of their respective weights by using the percentage system, and 60 is divided into qualified scores. On-site notification of candidates' lecture (or professional quality test) results, lesson preparation and comprehensive quality test results are published on Tongzhou Talent Network and Tongzhou District Education Portal.
(4) Total score. According to the weight proportion of written test scores accounting for 40% and comprehensive quality test scores accounting for 60%, the total score is calculated by percentage system (two decimal places are reserved).
Fourth, physical examination and investigation
Among those who pass the comprehensive quality test, according to the total score of the candidates and the ratio of the number of people to be employed in the recruitment position 1: 1, the physical examination object (the last one with the same comprehensive quality test score) is determined from high score to low score, and it is published on Tongzhou Talent Network and Tongzhou District Education Portal. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), and shall be organized and implemented by Tongzhou District Education Bureau.
Those who pass the physical examination shall be inspected by Tongzhou District Education Bureau according to relevant documents. The focus of the inspection is ideological and political performance, moral quality, and professional ability and work performance related to the post. According to the results of investigation and physical examination, the list of personnel to be hired is determined.
If there is a vacancy in the recruitment position due to reasons such as unqualified physical examination and inspection, the qualified personnel in the comprehensive quality test will be replenished according to the total test score from high to low (the last person with the same score will be subject to the high score in the comprehensive quality test).
V. Publicity and employment
1. The list of persons to be employed shall be publicized on the portal of Nantong Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Tongzhou Talent Network and Tongzhou District Education Portal for at least 7 working days.
2. Within one week after the end of the publicity, Tongzhou District Education Bureau will organize some positions (there are two or more recruitment units for the same position) for candidates to choose their own schools on the spot (the specific time and place will be notified separately), and candidates will choose their own schools according to the recruitment positions from high to low. Those who fail to arrive at the site on time or choose an employer on site are deemed to have given up their employment qualification automatically.
If the publicity results affect the employment, or the candidates voluntarily give up the qualification of choosing their own schools, or the candidates explicitly give up the employment, and other reasons lead to the vacancy of the positions to be employed, the candidates who pass the comprehensive quality test will be replenished from high score to low score at one time (if the last one has the same score, the high score in the comprehensive quality test will prevail).
3. If there is no objection to the publicity results, the proposed employee will choose a school independently and report it to Tongzhou District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval. The employer will sign an employment contract with the proposed employee according to the employment notice issued. 20 13 full-time college graduates will be employed by the recruiting unit before the end of August 20 13, and the rest will be employed by the recruiting unit within one month after the end of publicity. If the person to be hired has signed a labor contract or employment contract with the original work unit, I will negotiate and handle it by myself according to the relevant regulations, and I will give up automatically after the deadline. After the employment is approved, it will not be replenished.
4. Normal graduates who apply for teacher positions must obtain the corresponding "Teacher Qualification Certificate" when they are employed; Non-normal graduates who apply for Tongzhou Secondary Vocational School in Jiangsu Province may not be qualified as teachers for the time being, but they must obtain the corresponding teacher qualification certificate within 3 years after entering the job, otherwise the employment relationship will be terminated.
