The recruitment conditions of the Export-Import Bank of China can be viewed at several levels: basic conditions applicable to all positions, job conditions and specific requirements for each institution or branch.

1. Basic conditions

1. Possess the nationality of the People's Republic of China, good political and ideological quality, abide by laws and regulations, have good conduct, have no bad records, and be in good health.

2. College English Band 6 test score of 450 and above, or new TOEFL-IBT test score of 85 and above, or IELTS test score of 6.5 and above. Minor language majors must obtain corresponding level certificates.

3. There is no marital relationship, direct blood relationship, collateral blood relationship within three generations or close marriage relationship with the employees of the Export-Import Bank of China.

2. Branch conditions

1. Educational requirements:

In the 2020 Export-Import Bank autumn campus recruitment, except for the Shanghai branch, the first degree is required to be a full-time university Bachelor degree or above, other institutions including the head office require a full-time master degree or above, and the first degree is a full-time undergraduate degree.

2. Professional requirements:
