As a hard-working dog in the enterprise, I basically look for resumes online every day. In the long run, I have summarized the following situations of fraudulent resumes:

1. When you invite an interview, HR will tell you to prepare your documents and academic credentials. If it is about interview design, you may also be asked to bring relevant works.

Some interviewers will forge "certificates": forged ID cards (now most enterprises can connect with the police station, as long as they swipe their ID cards on the computer, they will know whether this person has any illegal records), forged academic qualifications (buy a certificate online/outside, and directly change other people's information into their own if PS technology is good);

2, time fiction: I believe that most job seekers will have this situation, such as extending working hours in this company, avoiding work gaps, and avoiding the suspicion of job-hopping in many companies.

3. Job fraud: For example, the position of "personnel supervisor" was changed to "personnel manager", but because the project was only a participant, it was changed to the person in charge of the project to improve its ability.

Many people, because of their speculative psychology, try their best to package and beautify their backgrounds in order to get higher wages. This is a great temptation. Of course, if the interviewer has a strong atmosphere and leadership temperament, HR will not see it on the spot.

And I haven't reached the middle and senior working class of interviewing the general manager for the time being, and I'm still continuing my internship?

Here I can only tell you how I usually interview interviewers in middle and low positions for reference:

1, first of all, I will look at the whole resume, whether the layout is clear, whether there are typos (if I am interviewing for a financial position, I will consider this more), and then whether there are working hours. Some people write 20 17 on their resumes, and then jump to 20 15. At this time, I will ask questions by recruitment to see if the other party has it.

During the interview, I will ask the other person what unforgettable tasks he/she has experienced at work, what his/her goals are, where he/she is in this task, and what work he/she has done. If I don't care about the dialect, or if my words are clear at first and the topic deviates gradually, I will immediately stop the topic or let him/her finish, but I will mark it on my resume accordingly.

Of course, sometimes I am a little scheming. I will deliberately say to the interviewer, "Hello, Mr./Ms. XX, I know a colleague in your former company named" Bing Yi Jiang ". Do you know him? " Then look at the other person's expression to judge whether the other person really worked in this company.

4. Then sometimes I will be a little bad. I will tell the little girl who comes to interview for business that my sister thinks you are introverted and not suitable for business, and I will tell my little brother who comes to interview for design that my sister thinks you are lively and that boys have good experience in sales training outside and are not suitable for office. Of course, I'm just trying. If the other person has relevant work experience, he will speak with evidence, so I will be slapped sometimes, but that's what I want.

If the interviewer dodges his eyes during the interview, sometimes touches his nose, sometimes plays with the pen and paper in his hand, I think he is nervous or lying.

Finally, new colleagues who have successfully joined the job and become a member of the big family will fill out an application form, and there will be a line of small words at the back of the form, such as: the information I applied for is true and correct, and if it is false, I will bear the consequences. Therefore, if a colleague finds fraud after working for a period of time, there will be relevant evidence.

At this time, HR in the region generally has industry WeChat group and QQ group, and everyone often posts resumes and activities in the group, so it is easy for everyone to know a person's resume and what a person has done.
