Conditions of CSRC: Who can apply for the exam?

According to Article 1 1 of the Civil Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), civil servants shall meet the following conditions:

Have People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality;

Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC);

At least eighteen years of age and under thirty-five years of age;

Having good conduct and physical conditions for normal performance of duties;

Have the educational level and working ability that meet the requirements of the post;

Have other qualifications required by the proposed position as stipulated by the competent department of central civil servants.

If the recruitment position clearly requires grassroots work experience, the applicants must have corresponding grassroots work experience. Persons who received criminal punishment for crimes and those who were dismissed from public office in 2007-2009, Central Committee

Personnel who are found to have cheated in the examination during the recruitment process of the organs, active servicemen, newly recruited civil servants, non-fresh college graduates who have been dismissed for less than five years, and those who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants according to law may not register.
