How to paint the tram shell

There are many steps in drawing. There are many layers of paint on the car, which are generally sprayed by hand, and basically can't stand the wind, rain, sun and rain.

(1) Blow putty. After cleaning and degreasing the damaged sheet metal parts coated with epoxy primer, scrape putty, which is what we often call putty.

(2) Priming when spraying. After the putty is polished, it is cleaned and degreased, painted with primer and dried. Apply primer when spraying, and pay attention to the necessary shielding of the parts that do not need spraying.

(3) Apply primer when grinding. Grind the intermediate primer to the same height as the original paint surface, and confirm the flatness.

(4) paint mixing. Although special service shops generally have original paint at present, the color of the top coat is different from that of the original paint after the vehicle has been used for a long time, and painters need to mix the paint manually.

(5) painting. Add the adjusted topcoat to the spray gun tank, adjust the air pressure, paint output and spraying width of the spray gun, and then spray it evenly on the sheet metal parts. Different topcoats have different spraying procedures.
