II. Recruitment methods

1. Application time and method

(1) Application period: from the date of release to August 19, 2022 (recruitment in batches until full). Registration is subject to a notification system. Applicants are responsible for the authenticity of the information and materials they submit. If the personal information filled in is distorted or does not meet the recruitment conditions, the applicant shall be responsible for the impact and consequences.

(2) Application method: Applicants should fill in the "Basic Information Form for Applicants" (see attachment 2), along with relevant materials such as academic qualifications, degrees, professional position appointment forms, etc. via email (the email subject is: Name of the position you are applying for) and send it to the recruitment email.

(3) Social workers from other provinces and cities must hold a Shanghai residence permit for more than one year (during the validity period, excluding Shanghai temporary residence permit). The calculation deadline is August 19, 2022 (Senior professional and technical personnel or urgently needed professionals are exempt from this restriction).

2. Qualification review

The school will review the application materials received and select the best candidates for interviews who meet the recruitment majors and recruitment conditions. Qualification review runs through the entire recruitment process. If at any stage it is found that the applicant does not meet the job registration requirements or the materials provided have been fraudulent, once verified, the application or employment qualification will be cancelled.

3. Interview

The school adopts an interview method at the department and school levels. The interview content mainly includes ideological and political assessment, job professional knowledge, business ability, and comprehensive quality test. Questions and answers can be used. , scenario simulation, actual operation and other methods.

4. Political review and physical examination

Based on the interview results, determine the candidates to be hired and organize political review and physical examination. The political review mainly examines the ideological and political quality, compliance with laws and regulations, moral character and integrity record of the personnel to be hired. Prospective candidates are required to submit a physical examination certificate issued by a Shanghai Class IIA or above medical institution. The physical examination qualification standards refer to the "Revision of the General Medical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)".

5. Determination and announcement of proposed personnel

The proposed personnel will be announced on the Shanghai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for 7 days. If there is no objection to the announcement, it will be reported to the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, the superior authority, for review and approval, and then reported to the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval and filing. If there are any objections to the announcement and it affects the employment, the employment decision will be determined based on the verification results.

3. Relevant benefits and other matters

Once an applicant is hired, his/her salary, bonus, welfare and social insurance shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.
