Babu District of Hezhou and Zhaoping County both belong to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and both belong to a basic old-age insurance co-ordination area. If the employee's household registration is in Zhaoping, or from Babu District to Zhaoping for employment, then the basic old-age insurance relationship in Babu District can be transferred to Zhaoping County.

But for retirees, the basic old-age insurance relationship cannot be transferred.
