Second, the selection object and conditions

(2) Qualification
1. Participants should meet the following qualifications:

(6) Physical conditions for normal performance of duties;

(8) Meet the requirements of the application conditions in Annex 1.
2. In any of the following circumstances, you may not participate in the open selection:
(1) County-administered leading cadres;
(2) still in the probation period (including probation period);
(3) During the period of punishment;
(4) I must continue to deal with the important official business unfinished;
(5) Being under audit and disciplinary review, being under investigation for a suspected crime, or the judicial proceedings have not yet ended;
(6) Persons in the forbidden period;

(3) Special instructions

Third, the registration procedure.
(1) On-site registration
Applicants can only choose one position in one unit to register.

Submit the originals and photocopies of my ID card, academic degree certificate, two recent 1 inch bareheaded photos with the same background and other relevant supporting materials at the time of registration. If you have relevant work experience, you should issue a work experience certificate (Annex 3).

Registration time: 9:00- 17:00 on September 20, 2022, and it will not be accepted after the deadline.
(2) Qualification examination
At the time of registration, the county human resources and social security bureau conducted qualification examination on the spot. Applicants must fill in all application information truthfully and accurately and provide relevant certificates. I will be responsible for all the consequences caused by personal information distortion. Anyone who practices fraud, once verified, will be disqualified from the selection and will inform his unit of the relevant situation. All proof materials for registration are provided at the time of registration, and will not be accepted after the deadline.
(3) get the admission ticket.
Applicants will get the admission ticket at the registration place on September 23, 2022 (9:00- 12:00) with their ID cards.
Fourth, the examination inspection
The total selection score consists of written test (including extra points) and interview (50% each).
(1) Written examination
1. The number of applicants for the selected position must reach 1:2 to start the written test. If the ratio is not reached, the index will be reduced or cancelled. In the on-site qualification examination, if the proportion of written examination is not reached, the cancelled positions involve candidates who can re-select positions to apply for the examination. Applicants should take the exam at the time and place specified in the admission ticket, and they must bring the admission ticket and ID card when taking the exam.
2. The written test subjects are comprehensive basic knowledge and are conducted in a closed-book manner. Full mark in written test 100, using objective proposition and answering with 2B pencil. See the admission ticket for the time and place of written examination.
3. add points to the written test. For the applicants whose annual assessment results in recent three years are "excellent", the written test will be given extra points, and each time they are rated as "excellent", they will be given 1 point. Those who add points to the written test must provide proof materials when registering. Proof materials include: a written application stamped with the official seal of the unit and the competent department, and a copy of the annual assessment registration form (stamped with the official seal of the archives management institution). If you do not provide proof materials when registering, you will not enjoy the bonus policy.
4. The total score of written test = comprehensive basic knowledge score+written test plus points. The full mark is 100, and the qualified score line is uniformly stipulated by the county human resources and social security bureau. Those who are below the qualified score line cannot enter the next selection process. The total written test scores and qualified scores will be published on the website of Zhongxian People's Government () within 2 working days after the end of the test. Candidates are requested to check for themselves.
(2) Interview
1. The interviewer shall determine from high to low according to the ratio between the number of positions to be transferred and the number of interviewers 1:2, and according to the total written test scores of candidates applying for this position. If the final interviewer's total written test score is tied, he will also enter the interview. If the proportion is not reached, the proportion may be appropriately reduced with the consent of the organization department of the county party Committee and the county human resources and social security bureau.
2. The interview is divided into comprehensive interview and professional test, with a total score of 100. Among them, the total score of job interview without professional test is comprehensive interview score, and the total score of job interview with professional test is the sum of comprehensive interview score (total score 50) and professional test score (total score 50). The interview results will be announced on the spot and signed by the candidates. Only those with a total interview score of not less than 60 points can enter the next selection procedure (those with a total interview score of not less than 70 points can enter the next selection procedure).
3. The interview time and specific related matters will be notified separately by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The interviewer must bring his/her ID card and admission ticket and attend the interview at the designated place at the specified time. Those who fail to attend the interview according to the notified time and place will be deemed to have abstained automatically, and the difference in waiver will not be made up. After the interview, those who enter the next selection process will be recorded in their personal information if they give up without reason, and will not be allowed to participate in the selection again within 3 years.
4. Total selection score = total written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%.
The total score of the exam is calculated in percentage system, rounded to two decimal places.
(3) Investigation
The organization department of the county party Committee and the county human resources and social security bureau shall determine the objects of investigation according to the proportion of investigation and the difference between the total scores of the examination from high to low (see the list of selected posts for details). If the comprehensive scores of the last exam are tied, they will enter the inspection at the same time. If differences cannot be formed, posts shall be selected or cancelled accordingly; Special positions can not form a difference, with the consent of the organization department of the county party Committee and the county human resources and social security bureau, the object of investigation can be determined in equal amounts.
The focus of the inspection is morality, ability, diligence, performance, honesty, job matching, politics and professional quality. Highlight the investigation of political quality and moral conduct, deeply understand the situation of political loyalty, political responsibility, political ability and political self-discipline, pay attention to the investigation of work performance, strengthen the investigation of professional quality, and strengthen the investigation of style and clean government. The inspection work is carried out by the selection unit.

Vi. Publicity, trial and transfer
(1) The list of persons to be tried shall be publicized on the website of Zhongxian People's Government for 5 working days. Upon the expiration of the publicity period, the Organization Department of the County Party Committee and the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions, issue a probation notice to the unit where the personnel to be tried are located, with a probation period of 3 months.
(two) the probation period is managed by the probation unit, which is responsible for the strict assessment of its comprehensive performance of morality, ability, diligence, performance and honesty. After the probation period expires, a written report on the comprehensive performance of the probation period and whether the probation period is qualified or not shall be submitted.
(three) for those who pass the trial, the notice of transfer shall be issued after the research and approval of the organization department of the county party Committee and the county human resources and social security bureau; If the probation fails, the organization department of the county party Committee and the county human resources and social security bureau shall notify the probation personnel in writing to return to their original units.
Seven. Discipline and supervision
(a) the selection and implementation of relevant policies and regulations and avoidance system, adhere to the disclosure of information, process and results, and consciously accept the supervision of discipline inspection and supervision from all walks of life.
(II) Applicants who commit fraud, deception and other irregularities in the selection process shall be disqualified from the selection by the Organization Department of the County Party Committee and the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the relevant information shall be notified to their units, and they shall not participate in the selection again within five years. Anyone suspected of committing a crime shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
