Chapter 2 of the "Implementation Rules of the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China on Citizens" Exit

Third Article 1 Citizens residing in the country who leave the country for private matters must apply to the exit and entry administration department of the municipal or county public security bureau where their household registration is located, answer relevant inquiries and perform the following procedures: (1) Submit household registration book or check Other household registration certificates;
