Does the engineering management major need postgraduate entrance examination?

Personal feeling is still necessary, because I am a professional in engineering management. I know that the market demand of undergraduate graduates in this major is saturated in the region at present. In the next few years, it will become more and more difficult for undergraduates to find jobs. Comparatively speaking, graduate students majoring in engineering management are more popular, because many large construction companies recruit such talents at different levels, and the treatment of junior college, undergraduate and graduate students is very different.

My cousin is my classmate's senior. When I was a freshman, he was already a senior. Now I am a junior, and he has been working for two years. Sometimes when chatting with him, he always shifts the topic to the postgraduate entrance examination, because two years of work experience let him know the importance of postgraduate entrance examination. As far as he is concerned, although he is a graduate of 2 1 1 university, his education is only undergraduate, but he belongs to his company.

Either old employees who have worked for many years, or newcomers who have graduated from undergraduate courses generally work hard in front-line construction sites, climbing up and down every day, and their income is less than half that of others, and this situation will last for at least a few years, otherwise it will be difficult for you to get promoted. In more official terms, this is called a superior inspection of you.

But the treatment of graduate students is different. In the second year of work, my cousin once brought a new graduate student. Although they rushed to the construction site together in those months, after half a year, people went directly to the company headquarters and said that the headquarters needed talents. This is the advantage brought by academic qualifications.

Therefore, my suggestion is to take the postgraduate entrance examination, because it will not only bring us the growth of professional knowledge, but more importantly, it will add a little color to us invisibly, making it easier for us to stand out in our work.
