2. The selection of public positions is open to staff under the age of 35 in fully funded public institutions (except the education system) who are currently employed and have expired service periods in our city and the towns and districts under its jurisdiction. (2) Conditions that candidates should meet
1. Have good political and professional qualities, good conduct, outstanding performance, and recognized by the masses;

2. Selection Procedure
1. Position Inquiry

2. Registration
Registration is carried out through a combination of personal self-recommendation and organizational recommendation. The registration period starts from 9:00 on January 10th and ends at 11:00 on January 15th. 3. Qualification review
The Jiaohe Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will conduct a qualification review of applicants.
4. Examination
Examination: divided into written examination and interview. The content of the written test is one subject, with a full score of 100 points, of which 50 points are each for the official knowledge test of the agency work and the job business test, which are unified by the Municipal Party Committee Organization Department, Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Recruitment Department. The interview will be based on a ratio of 1:5 and the list of candidates will be determined in order of written test scores from high to low. The interview takes the form of a structured interview, with a full score of 100 points. The interview will be conducted by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
Assessment: All candidates participating in the interview will enter the assessment scope, and the candidates will be inspected by the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Recruitment Department.
Calculation method of comprehensive scores: written test and interview scores each account for 45%, and assessment scores account for 10% (the ratio of democratic assessment, leadership evaluation and assessment group opinions is 4:4:2).
5. Determine the candidates for inspection and proposed transfer
The candidates for inspection will be determined based on the ranking of candidates, and the candidates will be announced in the unit where the candidates are located and the unit where they are selected. The publicity period is 5 working days. . After the publicity period expires, candidates who have no objections to the proposed transfer will be put on trial for 3 months.
6. Go through the transfer procedures
After passing the probation period, the candidates to be transferred will be reported to the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for review and transfer according to the cadre management authority. , appointment registration procedures.
