According to the spirit of the plan of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Public Security, the General Political Department of the People's Liberation Army and the Air Force to recruit and select pilots in 2007, the relevant matters concerning the recruitment of pilots in Guangdong Province in 2007 are hereby notified as follows:

I. Time, place and procedure of registration

(1) Registration time: 20061October 1 13- 14.

(2) The time for the initial examination organized by the admissions offices of all districts (county-level cities): 20061October 29th-30th 165438+ initial examination time.

(3) Registration procedures:

Students register in our school with their student ID card and original ID card (the school is responsible for reviewing the registration conditions), and receive the registration form and physical examination form of the Air Force Flying Academy without paying the registration fee. Students fill in the registration form, which is endorsed and sealed by the school, and a recent bareheaded "one inch smaller" color photo is attached to the initial inspection form.

(4) Preliminary inspection:

The district (county-level city) admissions office guides the affiliated schools to organize students to register themselves, and the candidates who register themselves conduct self-examination in the school doctor's office with reference to the Air Force pilot student physical examination list. Before February 6, 65438, the district (county-level city) Admissions Office will organize candidates who have passed the self-taught examination to go to hospitals at or above the district level for pre-examination, and the testing expenses will be borne by the students themselves.

Second, the application conditions

(1) natural conditions

1, boys who graduated from ordinary middle schools this year and took the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities;

2. Age 16-20 years old (the date of birth is calculated according to the Gregorian calendar, that is, after 1 September 1986 and before1August 3, 965438);

3. Students' household registration must be in Guangzhou. Eligible returned students can also apply for the exam.

(2) Physical condition

1. Basic conditions

Height 165- 185cm. (18 years old, well-developed bones, height 164cm or more).

Weighing more than 52 kilograms. (/kloc-under 0/8 years old, weighing above 50kg)

The sitting height shall not exceed 100cm.

Vision binocular * vision is above 1.0 on the Air Force recruits' vision scale (C-shape) or above 5.0 on the logarithmic E-shape vision scale.

Blood pressure is calm, systolic blood pressure does not exceed 100- 138mmhg, and diastolic blood pressure does not exceed 60-88mmHg.

The pulse is within the range of 56- 100 beats/minute.

Color vision and smell are normal. No tattoos.

2. Those who have the following signs or medical history should not register for examination.

There are obvious limb deformities, limb deformity or dysfunction, and unstable gait.

Have a history of craniotomy and thoracotomy, and have a history of coma due to head injury.

Have a history of chronic low back pain or fracture within one year.

Patients with chronic gastrointestinal diseases (often acid reflux, abdominal pain or diarrhea).

Suffering from meningitis, encephalitis, nephritis or chronic respiratory diseases, such as asthma and frequent cough.

People who often have headaches, dizziness and insomnia.

My family and I have mental illness, epilepsy or I have a history of syncope.

A stutterer (stammer).

Sleepwalkers.

Deafness, frequent tinnitus, pus in the ear or nosebleeds.

Motion sickness (seasickness)

Strabismus night blindness.

Abnormal bed wetting or urine test after ten years old.

People who have had leprosy and their close contact history.

Suffering from infectious hepatitis after seven years old, or Australian antibody positive, abnormal liver function.

Obvious crossbite or deep overbite (covering the sky or sky).

(3) psychological selection conditions

(4) Political conditions

1. My qualifications: I must support the Party's line, principles and policies, adhere to the Four Cardinal Principles, love China, love the people, love the socialist motherland, love the people's army, have advanced thinking, have a clean history, have a decent style, be loyal and honest, have good moral quality, abide by the law and behave well in reality. I am determined to volunteer to fly in the army and defend the peaceful labor achievements of the motherland and the people.

Any of the following circumstances is not suitable for registration:

People who are backward in political thought and dissatisfied with the party's current policies.

Having received criminal punishment or punishment from the public security department.

Rogue, theft, gambling, fighting and other illegal acts.

A person who participates in religious organizations and carries out activities.

Someone who was punished by the school in high school.

2. Family conditions: Family members and close relatives support the party's current line, principles and policies, with a clear history and no major problems.

3. Attitude to apply: students are voluntary and their families support them.

(5) Cultural conditions

1. Applicants must take the 2007 national unified examination for ordinary colleges and universities. It must be an ordinary candidate and does not accept candidates from sports and art. Foreign languages are limited to English or Russian;

2. After reaching the admission score line designated by the Air Force, select the best candidates.

Third, the time schedule and implementation methods

Under the deployment and leadership of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Public Security and the General Political Department, the Guangzhou Selection Center of the Air Force Recruitment Bureau coordinated the Provincial Department of Education, the Public Security Department, the Zhuhai Recruitment Office and the school to jointly organize and implement the recruitment work. It started in June 2006 10 and ended in July 2007.

(1) Publicity and mobilization

The Air Force provides relevant publicity materials, enrollment questions and answers, self-recommendation conditions and other materials, carries out patriotism and national defense education in various forms, mobilizes all sectors of society and parents of students to actively support the Air Force's pilot recruitment work, and encourages outstanding students with all-round development in morality, intelligence and physique to apply for Air Force Aviation University. All districts, (county-level cities) Education Bureaus and Admissions Offices are requested to coordinate the propaganda departments, and use newspapers, television, radio, internet and other media and various meetings to publicize the great significance of conscription work and related policies and regulations, so that candidates who should be recruited can understand the methods, steps, time arrangements and required political, physical, psychological and cultural conditions of conscription work. (2) Preliminary inspection

(3) Comprehensive test

Students who take part in the comprehensive test must bring their ID card and five recent bareheaded color photos (three one-inch photos and two one-inch photos). Sports shoes and jeans are not allowed.

(4) Political censorship

The survey was conducted from mid-April to mid-May 2007. Candidates who pass the physical examination and psychological quality test enter the political examination. The Guangzhou Selection Center and the local public security department jointly organized and implemented according to the political conditions of the flight students, and relevant middle schools, villages, neighborhood committees and other units provided assistance.

(5) Review

After the college entrance examination, Guangzhou Selection Center will set up a testing station in Changsha in due course to re-examine students' physical and psychological qualities. The specific time and place will be announced separately.

(6) Examination and admission

It will be held from late June to early July. After the results of the college entrance examination are announced, the selection center will report the list of pre-selected candidates according to the actual situation of the candidates' political, physical, psychological and college entrance examination results. After the qualifications of the pre-selected candidates are examined and approved by the Air Force Recruitment Bureau, timely notify the qualified candidates to go to the Beijing Air Force Recruitment Bureau for review. After the qualified list is determined, it shall be submitted to the Air Force Leading Group for examination and approval, and the Air Force shall go through the admission procedures after unified examination and approval.

Fourth, requirements

1.
