Notice on Adjusting the Charge Standard of Urban Domestic Waste Treatment in Xiaojiang Town

In order to further improve the charging mechanism of domestic waste treatment in our town, promote the reduction, recycling and harmless treatment of domestic waste, and speed up the garbage classification work. According to "People's Republic of China (PRC) Price Law", "Zhejiang Pricing Catalogue" and other regulations, with the consent of the county government, we decided to adjust the charging standard of garbage disposal in our town. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, the significance of garbage disposal charges

1. It is beneficial to improve the level of garbage harmless treatment, eliminate garbage pollution and improve the ecological environment of our town.

2. It is conducive to raising the awareness of environmental sanitation of the whole people and promoting the reduction, recycling and harmlessness of garbage disposal.

3. It is conducive to promoting the development of garbage industrialization in our town and promoting the development of resource-saving and circular economy.

Second, the time for charging for garbage disposal.

The charging time for garbage disposal is from September 2022 1 day to October 23, 20231day.

Three, residents living garbage disposal fee

1. charging object: all residents and users within the administrative area of this municipality.

2. Preferential policies for low-income groups: for low-income families with "low guarantee" issued by the civil affairs department and families with special care certificates issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs, residents' living garbage disposal fees are exempted.

Four, non-resident garbage disposal fees

Charged objects: all state organs, enterprises and institutions, social organizations and private non-enterprise organizations, education and training institutions, old-age medical institutions, shops along the street, catering industry, accommodation industry, tourism and other non-resident users within the administrative area of this Municipality.

5. charging method.

Xiaojiang Town Environmental Sanitation Institute specifically organizes the collection of urban garbage disposal fees, and the fees are paid into the account of Xiaojiang Town Accounting Center-Environmental Sanitation Institute.

Sixth, the charging standard.

Monthly for resident users 10 yuan, and monthly for rented houses and temporary workers on site in 2 yuan. See document 202 1 _ 5 for details.
