In order to better select outstanding talents, enrich the talent team and optimize the teacher structure, Huaiyin Normal University is now openly recruiting outstanding talents for the society.
According to the "Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Jiangsu Province" and other regulations, relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Application conditions
(1) Having People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality and abiding by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC).

2. Have more than 1 year work experience as a college counselor (refers to formal work experience, excluding internship and part-time work experience during the student period).
More than 3.3 years full-time experience in ideological and political work in enterprises and institutions.
Full-time ideological and political work refers to working as a full-time secretary or deputy secretary in the Party's grass-roots committees, general branch committees and branch committees, or working in party departments such as discipline inspection, party office, organization (personnel), propaganda and United front, or working in trade unions, the Communist Youth League and women's federations, as well as ideological education or professional ethics construction.
(eight) have the professional and technical qualifications required for the post (see the post table for details).
This recruitment of fresh graduates must graduate and obtain academic degree certificates before August 3, 20231,and there is still no work unit.
Graduates of ordinary institutions of higher learning in 2023 and 2022, whose file relationship is still in the original graduate institution, or in graduate employment departments at all levels (graduate employment guidance service centers), talent exchange service institutions, and public employment service institutions, who graduated abroad at the same time and have completed their academic qualifications but have not yet implemented their work units, can apply for the positions of fresh graduates.
Graduation of foreign teaching and research institutions at the same time refers to overseas students who study in foreign teaching and research institutions and graduate with domestic fresh graduates. The time requirement for graduation at the same time is the same as that of domestic fresh graduates.
The deadline for calculating the employment experience and work experience of student cadres is the date when the recruitment announcement is issued.
(six) students from Taiwan Province Province who have obtained the qualifications of ordinary colleges and universities in mainland China and other residents of Taiwan Province Province who have obtained the qualifications recognized by mainland China shall apply according to the relevant provisions of the state and our province.
Second, registration.
(1) Time, place and method of registration
Applicants register through the "Open Recruitment Platform for Institutions in Jiangsu Province", and photo uploading, qualification preliminary examination and payment confirmation are all carried out simultaneously through the network.

(2) Online confirmation
(1) 24 hours after the applicants submit their registration information online (postponed on holidays), they can go to the registration website to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination of the recruitment department (unit).
(2) The registration fee for this open recruitment is 100 yuan, and the applicants who have passed the preliminary examination pay the registration fee 100 yuan online with the bank card with online payment function.
Those who pass the preliminary examination and complete the payment confirmation will be registered successfully.
After paying the fee, if the candidate fails to participate in the qualification review, written test and interview for personal reasons, or fails to pass the qualification review, written test and interview, the registration fee will not be refunded.
In the verification, it is found that the applicants do not meet the registration conditions, and the registration fee will not be refunded.
(3) Those who fail to confirm the registration qualification online on time, upload photos and require to pay the registration fee will be deemed invalid.
(3) Print the admission ticket online.
Applicants who have passed the preliminary qualification examination and confirmed the payment, please download and print the admission ticket at the designated time on the recruitment website of Huaiyin Normal University. The time for downloading and printing the admission ticket will be published on the recruitment website of Huaiyin Normal University ().
Candidates should download and print the admission ticket according to the specified time, otherwise they may not take the written test.

(4) Matters needing attention in registration
1. Applicants should truthfully fill in the relevant information according to the job requirements and online tips, and upload their recent two-inch (35X45) photo without a hat, in jpg format, with the size not exceeding 20Kb.
The recruitment department (unit) conducts the audit according to the information provided by the candidates.
Candidates who practise fraud will be disqualified once they are verified.
2 * * * party member (including * * * preparing party member) must have a certificate from the party organization; The experience of major student cadres at the college level must be proved by the college-level party and government, and the experience of major student cadres at the college level must be proved by the Youth League Committee and the student management department, and the post and the start and end time of the post must be clear (specific to the month); The work experience of colleges, enterprises and institutions shall be certified by the personnel department of the unit. 3. The examination proportion of each recruitment position is 1︰3. If the proportion of examinations is not reached, the recruitment positions will be reduced or cancelled, and published on the website of the provincial human resources and social security.
Candidates who cancel their positions can log on to the open recruitment platform of Jiangsu institutions at 9:00- 16:00 on April 7, 2023 to fill in other qualified positions.
4. Applicants can only select one position from the position table to register.
After passing the preliminary qualification examination, the registration information cannot be changed.
Candidates who have not passed the preliminary qualification examination may change to other qualified positions during the registration period.
Applicants should use the second-generation resident ID card within the validity period to register, and the ID card used for registration and examination room must be consistent.
5. In any of the following circumstances, please do not apply:
(1) Servicemen and non-fresh graduates from colleges and universities;
(2) Those who are husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations or close in-laws with the person in charge of the institution shall not apply for the positions of organization (personnel), discipline inspection and supervision, and financial auditing of the institution; Those who have the above-mentioned relationship with the existing on-the-job personnel, management positions that form a direct relationship between superiors and subordinates after arriving at the post, and positions that should be avoided clearly in the Regulations on the Avoidance of Personnel Management in Institutions shall not be employed;
③ The new measures for open recruitment of institutions in Jiangsu Province came into effect on March 13, 2020. According to the public recruitment announcement of public institutions issued later, the personnel who have been employed in various local institutions in Jiangsu Province have not served for three years.

Three, examination subjects, time and implementation measures
(1) Qualification examination
Before the exam, our school will review the qualifications of those who have passed the preliminary examination.
Those who pass the preliminary qualification examination shall provide the electronic scanned copies of the following materials to the designated mailbox. The name list, review time and email address of those who enter the review will be published on the recruitment website of Huaiyin Normal University.
Fresh graduates (including those who graduated in 2023 and 2022 but were not employed) shall provide electronic scanned copies of the following original materials (the original ones verified on the written test site): ID card, party member certificate, certificates of major student cadres, work experience certificates, graduates' two-way employment recommendation form, graduates' employment agreement, and other certificates required for job application.
Those who have obtained academic qualifications outside the country (territory) need to provide proof of academic degrees outside the country (territory) issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
(2) The assessment methods of full-time counselors include written test, psychological test and interview.
1. written test: the written test content is the professional knowledge related to this position. According to the job requirements of the recruitment position, the basic theory, basic knowledge and basic application ability required for the work of college counselors are examined, and the outline and teaching materials are not stipulated.
The passing line of written test scores is 60 points (full mark 100), and those who fail will not be employed.
Those who fail to take the written test at the time and place specified in the admission ticket are deemed to have given up automatically.
The written test results will be published on the recruitment website of Huaiyin Normal University within 10 working days after the written test. Candidates can check through the mobile phone number given at the time of registration.
Among those who pass the written test, the number of people to be hired is determined within the range of 1: 3 according to the order from high score to low score, and those who are less than 1: 3 will enter the next round.
The names, written test scores, positions, rankings and other information of participants in psychological tests and interviews are published on the recruitment website of Huaiyin Normal University.
2. Psychological test: mainly in the form of online answering questions to test the mental health and quality of candidates.
This item is an investigation item and is not included in the total score.
Those who fail to take the psychological test at the time and place specified in the notice shall be deemed to have given up automatically.
3. Interview: The interview mainly tests the professional knowledge, business ability and comprehensive quality required by the candidates to perform their duties.
Candidates will be informed of the interview results on the spot. The qualified line of interview results is 60 points (full score 100), and those who fail will not be hired.
Those who fail to attend the interview at the time and place specified in the notice shall be deemed to have given up automatically.
4. Final score: The final score of the candidate's assessment is calculated according to the percentage system: the final score is 100 = written test score ×40%+ interview score ×60%.
The written test scores, interview scores and final scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off.
If the final score is tied, it will be determined according to the principle that the highest interview score is given priority.
If the written test and interview results are the same, the interview plus test will be used to determine the ranking.
Fourth, physical examination and investigation
After the examination, the total score of candidates shall be determined according to the total score calculation method, and among the qualified personnel in each individual examination (test), the physical examination personnel shall be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position 1: 1.
The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation).
The employing unit shall organize an inspection of those who have passed the medical examination, and determine the list of persons to be employed according to the inspection and medical examination results.
The list of candidates will be published on the Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security website for 7 working days.
The publicity contents include post number, recruiting unit, post name, name of the person to be hired, education background, major, graduation institution, current work unit, recruitment examination results, total score, ranking, etc.
If the applicant's inspection or physical examination does not meet the requirements, or the publicity result of the candidate to be hired affects the employment, or the candidate to be hired explicitly abandons the employment, or the employment position is vacant for other reasons, the school will decide to make a one-time replacement.
After the employment is approved or put on record, it will not be renewed.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) propaganda and employment
For those who have no objection to publicity, after being put on record by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the employing unit shall handle the relevant employment procedures for them, sign an employment contract with them, and stipulate the probation period.
After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination will be given post grading; Those who fail the examination will be disqualified and the employment contract will be terminated.
The proposed employee has signed a five-year employment contract with our school. In addition to dissolving the employment contract according to the law and regulations, once employed, I must work as a counselor in our school for more than five years (including the probation period). During the service period, you may not be transferred or exchanged to a non-counselor position in the school.
After the examination and approval of employment, if the employee fails to sign an employment contract with the employer within 30 days, or fails to provide proof of dissolution of the relationship with the original unit, the employment qualification will be cancelled.
