I am a small trading company. How can we recruit foreigners to work in Shenzhen?

Through the talent market, recruitment websites can be used. I remember that Digital Talent Network has foreign talent recruitment.

1) Employment Application/Labor Department: When a foreign-invested enterprise recruits foreigners and people from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao, it shall apply to the labor department where the enterprise is located in accordance with the Regulations on Employment of Foreigners in China and the Regulations on Employment of Residents from Taiwan Province Province, Hong Kong and Macao in the Mainland respectively.

2) Employment permit/notification visa letter/candidate: An enterprise must apply for an employment permit when recruiting foreigners. After approval and obtaining the Employment Permit Certificate for People and Foreigners in China, the authorized unit will issue a notification visa letter and permit to the foreigners to be employed.

3) Apply for a professional visa: Foreigners who are allowed to work in China should apply for a professional visa at the embassy (consulate) in China with their permission certificate, letters and telegrams from authorized units and their valid passports.

4) Handling formalities of employment certificate/residence permit/temporary residence permit: The enterprise shall go to the labor department to handle the employment certificate with the license certificate, the labor contract signed with the employed foreigner and my valid passport within 15 days after the entry of the employed foreigner. Foreigners who have obtained employment certificates should apply to the public security organs for residence permits with employment certificates within 30 days after entry. Enterprises recruiting personnel from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan shall report to the local labor department and issue employment certificates after approval by the labor department. People from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao who are approved for employment in the mainland shall apply to the local public security organ for temporary residence with their employment certificates.
