The goal is to select high-quality college students from colleges and universities to enter the future teacher reserve system for basic education and form a new teacher induction training and reserve mechanism with Shanghai characteristics. It lays the foundation for building a step-by-step pre-service education system for teachers in the general education system that is fully connected with higher education and collaboratively participated by all social parties.
