With the approval of the County Institutional Establishment Committee, our county will openly recruit high school teachers from the public (excluding those currently on staff) in 2010 40 people, the relevant recruitment matters are now announced as follows:
1. Recruitment scope and conditions
(1) Registration conditions
1. Love education, Observe laws and regulations, be of good conduct, be in good health, and be professional;
2. Have a nationally recognized undergraduate degree or above, and have high school teacher qualifications (applicants who are not registered in the county must have a first academic degree from a general university) Fresh undergraduate graduates from normal education);
3. The positions applied for must be consistent with the requirements of the majors studied. Non-normal graduates shall choose the positions based on the teaching subject with the teacher qualification certificate;
4. Under the age of 30 (born after January 1, 1980);
5. Those who have been subject to family planning, party and government sanctions, public security, criminal penalties within three years, or are under investigation that have not yet been concluded are not allowed to Apply for the exam.
(2) Recruitment positions (see attached table). If the number of applicants for a certain discipline is less than the number of positions, appropriate adjustments can be made between recruitment disciplines with the consent of the leadership group.
2. Registration time, place and method
Registration location: County Personnel Bureau.
Registration period: May 12 to 14, 2010.
Registration fee: According to the provisions of Anhui Price Fee [2006] No. 226, the registration fee is 45 yuan for each subject and 90 yuan for two subjects.
Qualified personnel must bring their valid ID card, teacher qualification certificate, and graduation certificate (fresh normal graduates must register with the Graduate Employment Recommendation Form; non-normal graduates who do not have a teacher qualification certificate can apply with Registration for certificates in Mandarin, Education, and Psychology. Missing certificates must be provided before the end of July, otherwise the qualification for employment will be cancelled.) 3. Written Examination
1. The county’s 2010 open recruitment high school teacher work leading group office is responsible for unified organization of propositions, examinations, marking and scoring.
2. Written examination subjects: examination subjects are set according to majors.
3. Written test content: The test content is current high school textbooks and pedagogy and psychology textbooks from normal colleges. High school textbooks account for 80% of the total score, and pedagogy and psychology account for 20% of the total score.
4. In principle, the ratio between the number of applicants for this recruitment and the number of recruitment positions should not be less than 3:1. If this ratio is not reached, the examination can be started after being reported to the county recruitment leading group for study and approval, and Announcement in advance.
5. Exam time: May 29, 2010 (9:00-11:30 am).
4. Recruitment and position determination
1. After the written test scores are announced, the shortlisted candidates will be determined based on the announced recruitment positions and sub-disciplines in a 1:1 ratio from high scores to low scores. (If there are multiple candidates with the same score in the last place, the one with the higher textbook score will be given priority; if the textbook scores are still the same, an additional high school textbook test will be conducted).
2. Candidates must fill in the "Position Application Form" according to their scores. Each person can fill in at most four parallel applications A, B, C, and D, and fill in whether they obey the assignment. The County Personnel Bureau and the Education Bureau will determine recruitment positions based on the four parallel choices A, B, C, and D based on the principle of score priority (with equal scores, the one with the higher textbook score will be given priority).
3. If there is a vacancy, the position will be hired from the highest score to the lowest score in the subject from the obedient volunteers.
4. If there is a job vacancy due to abandonment or other reasons, volunteers will be recruited from those who obeyed their wishes but were not hired, in order from high scores to low scores. The recruitment of volunteers will be conducted at the end of September 2010.
5. Determine the candidates for the preliminary round based on the physical examination and assessment results, and report to the leadership group for review and confirmation before making public announcement.
Those who have no objections will be given a one-month probationary period. Those who pass the probationary period will sign an employment contract; those who are unqualified will not be hired. The hired personnel will be included in the personnel establishment management and have a one-year probationary period.
6. After the probation period expires, newly hired personnel must work in the fixed-post school for 5 years before they can apply for mobility.
5. Physical Examination and Comprehensive Assessment
1. The physical examination of proposed personnel shall be carried out in accordance with the "Standard Measures for Physical Examination of Applicants for Teacher Qualifications in Anhui Province". If a job vacancy occurs due to failure in the physical examination, volunteers will be recruited from those who have not been shortlisted from the highest score to the lowest score according to the major they applied for.
2. The comprehensive assessment focuses on the moral and talent quality of the candidates, mainly including the ideological and political quality, professional ethics, work responsibility, professionalism, social performance and compliance with national laws and regulations of the personnel to be recruited (assessment plan be formulated separately).
