But after using the car for a period of time, I found that the fuel consumption of the new Baojun RS-3 was a surprise. The power of this car is 1.5L+CVT (simulating 8-speed), and the entry version is 6MT. It's enough to drive in the city, so don't worry about overtaking due to lack of power. And RS-3 has its own movement mode. If you want to start fast, just put on the sport mode, but now I'm driving. I found that the fuel consumption of RS-3 can be stabilized at more than 40 cents. This is no joke. Once I drove back to my hometown from my work city, with a cumulative mileage of 1400 km, but I only spent 600 yuan on refueling all the way, and even if I walked the whole distance, there was still oil in the tank that could run hundreds of kilometers. A friend with me drives a Honda XR-V, and his mileage is very close to mine.

As for the maintenance price, because my current total mileage is only 6,245km, I only have the first insurance for free, and I haven't officially paid for the maintenance, so I refer to the maintenance price shared by an RS-3 owner in the riders group. Minor maintenance is almost between 200-300 yuan, and major maintenance is 700 yuan. I don't run as much as the owner. I estimate that I run about 10000 kilometers a year. The second maintenance only needs about 1000. I think it is within the acceptable range. If XR-V is maintained twice, 1000 is required.

In a word, after getting along with Xinbaojun RS-3 for half a year, I think it is a very suitable model for our young people. Its price is not high, and the cost of car maintenance is not high. The fuel consumption is similar to XR-V, but the maintenance is more economical than XR-V, and the face value and intelligent configuration are in place, which can meet the needs of daily travel.
