Approved enterprises can apply for a maximum of 300,000 yuan. When an enterprise applies, the reporting conditions that need to be met are:

(1) has industry-leading technological innovation ability and level.

(2) The annual main business income of the enterprise is not less than 1 100 million yuan, or the proportion of R&D expenditure in the main business income is higher than 1%.

(3) the annual research and experimental development expenditure is not less than 8 million yuan.
