What materials and food do you need to prepare for a barbecue?

Meat: mutton (tender than beef), chicken wings (preferably marinated with seasoning), Taiwan Province sausage.

Seafood: squid, eel, fragrant fish fillets, and some clams if possible.

Vegetables: Mushrooms strongly demand this. Put an x on it. It's delicious, eggplant and potato chips.

Staple food: steamed bread slices. If you are from the north, tortillas are delicious to bake.

Seasoning: salt, Chili powder, cumin, garlic Chili sauce (delicious on staple food and vegetables)

Don't forget to bring drinks and beer, which goes well with barbecue!
