Where is the planning of Zhijin-Liupanshui Expressway?

It connects the Zhijin-Nayong section of Xiamen-Chengdu National Highway, passes through Zhangjiawan, Jichang, Suojia, Yanjiao, Changliu, Zhongying, South China University of Technology, Baisha and Khmer, and ends at Xinzhai River Hub in Jiangxi Po Town, Pu 'an County, connecting the Qinglong-Xingyi section of the completed Nayong-Xingyi National Highway.

Naqing expressway (Nayong to Qinglong expressway via Liuzhi section) has a design speed of100km and four lanes, with a total investment of about 35.4 billion yuan. After the completion of Naqing Expressway, there will be a sea passage from Panxi to Liupanshui and a southbound express passage from Liupanshui to ASEAN Economic Zone of about 600 kilometers, which will improve the traffic conditions of Liuzhi Power Plant and Zhongzhai Coalfield.
