20 1 1 Announcement of Public Recruitment of Staff in Provincial Institutions in Jilin Province

In order to meet the employment needs of provincial institutions in Jilin Province, according to the Notice of the General Office of the People's Government of Jilin Province on Forwarding Opinions on Establishing and Further Improving the Open Recruitment System for Newly Recruited Personnel in Provincial Institutions (Zheng Ji Ban Fa [2065 438+00] 16) and Opinions on Further Improving the Recruitment System of Provincial Institutions (Yan Ji She Zi [2009] No.35), relevant matters are hereby announced as follows.

I. Recruitment Plan

76 institutions affiliated to 2 1 provincial departments (units) included in this centralized open recruitment have recruited 265 staff members, including 53 staff positions and 2 12 professional and technical positions. Second, the registration qualification

(1) basic conditions

1. has China nationality.

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws.

3. Have good conduct.

4. Have physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post.

5. The age is generally between 18 and 35 (born between1July 3, 9931-1July 3, 976). If the recruitment position has special requirements for age, it shall be determined according to the requirements of the recruitment position. The age calculation deadline is 2011July 3 1.

(2) Post conditions

(3) Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not apply for the examination.

1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes and those who have been dismissed from public office.

2. Public officials of state organs and institutions who have been dismissed for less than 5 years.

3. Non-fresh graduates who are studying.

4. Active servicemen.

5. Persons in other circumstances who are not allowed to be employed according to laws and regulations.

(4) Avoidance

Candidates who are husband and wife, lineal consanguinity, collateral consanguinity within three generations and close in-laws with the person in charge of the recruiting unit shall not apply for positions with the person in charge of the unit in organizing personnel, discipline inspection and supervision, auditing, finance or direct superior and subordinate leadership.

Third, the registration method

(1) Online Registration

(2) Interview

After the written test, according to the written test scores from high to low, the interview candidates are determined according to the ratio of the number of recruitment positions 1: 3. If the ratio is less than 1: 3, it shall be determined according to the actual reference number. Recruiters with the same written test scores will enter the interview together. The interview will be graded on the spot, with a full score of 100 and a passing line of 60. Interviews can be conducted by structured interviews, leaderless group discussions and scenario simulations according to the industry, specialty and post requirements of each recruitment department. The competent department of the recruiting unit is responsible for informing the interviewer of the specific interview time, place and method.

Three days before the interview, the competent department of the recruiting unit shall examine the qualifications of the interviewers. During the qualification re-examination, the interviewer should provide the originals of his/her ID card, admission ticket, graduation certificate, academic degree certificate and other relevant supporting materials according to the requirements of the recruitment position, among which 20 1 1 graduates should provide the employment recommendation form signed by the employment guidance department of our school. In addition to the required materials, the returned overseas students who apply for the examination should also provide the academic qualifications of the education department and the relevant certification materials of Chinese embassies and consulates abroad.

Those who fail to meet the recruitment qualification conditions after review will be disqualified from the interview and will be replenished from high score to low score among those who apply for the same position.

(3) the calculation method of test scores

After the interview, the total test score is calculated according to the written test results and interview results. Full mark 100, passing line 60. Among them, the written test scores and interview scores accounted for 45% and 55% respectively, that is, the converted written test scores and interview scores were 45 points and 55 points respectively. If the written test is exempted, the interview score will be the total score.

Among those whose total test scores are above the passing line, the candidates for physical examination shall be determined according to the proportion of the number of recruitment positions from high to low 1: 1. Those with the same test scores will be given priority in the interview, and will be organized by the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Jilin Province to go to the designated physical examination hospital for physical examination. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial). Apply for the institutions directly under the Public Security Department of Jilin Province, and the physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the Special Standards for Civil Servants' Physical Examination (Trial).

Those who pass the physical examination shall be assessed by the recruiting unit or its competent department on their ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance, and their qualifications shall be re-examined.

Those who pass the exam will be publicized on the website of Jilin Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the website of Jilin Provincial Personnel Testing Center for 7 days. If the physical examination and assessment are unqualified, the qualification of the candidate to be hired will be cancelled. If the total score is above the passing line, it will be replenished from high score to low score.

If the problems reflected in the publicity are serious and there is evidence to prove that they do not meet the employment conditions, the qualifications of the candidates to be hired will be cancelled, and those who apply for the same post with a total score above the passing line will be replenished from high score to low score; To reflect the serious problem but difficult to verify, suspend employment, and then decide whether to hire after verification and conclusion; If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, or there are problems that have been reflected but have not affected the employment after verification, the relevant employment procedures shall be handled according to the procedures and the employment contract shall be signed. Applicants for fresh graduates must provide the required level of academic degree certificates when approving employment, and those who fail to provide them will be disqualified. The employed personnel shall be given a probation period according to the relevant policies and regulations, and the probation period shall be calculated in the employment contract period. Those who pass the examination after the probation period are formally employed; Unqualified, cancel the employment.
