20 19 recruitment conditions of "excellent talent plan" in Jining institutions

(1) Having China nationality;

(2) Abiding by the Constitution and laws and having good conduct and professional ethics;

(3) Having a strong professional theoretical foundation and practical ability, being able to adapt to the needs of the post and having the comprehensive quality, specialty or skill conditions required by the post;

(4) Having the physical conditions to perform the duties of the post normally;

(5) Doctoral students under 40 years old (born after March 28th, 1978), master students under 35 years old (born after March 28th, 1983) and undergraduates under 30 years old (born after March 28th,1988);

(6) Having other qualifications required by the post.

Graduates of the 20th19th class who have signed an employment agreement with the employing unit may apply for the job if they cancel the agreement with the contracting unit or obtain the consent of the contracting unit before applying for the job. The staff of the party and government organs, the staff of institutions and the management personnel who control the total amount of filing in our city are not applicable, and other on-the-job personnel apply for the consent of their units and departments with the right to employ.

Persons who have received criminal punishment and been expelled from public office, non-fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities, active servicemen and those who are not allowed to be employed by laws and regulations are not allowed to apply for the exam, and non-fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities cannot take their academic qualifications as the conditions for applying for the exam.

Personnel who apply for schools, hospitals and other units are not allowed to apply for management positions in their own units if they have husband-wife relationship, lineal blood relationship, collateral blood relationship within three generations or close in-laws relationship with members of the leading bodies of schools and hospitals. Personnel who apply for other units shall not apply for this unit if they have the above relationship with the staff of the employing unit and members of the leadership team of the competent department.
