Article 13 Seven-star principals and seven-star teachers shall serve for three years. Twenty-fifth seven-star team and its members to implement the target management of employment. The education administrative department at the county level shall assess the employed seven-star team every year according to the determined job responsibilities, and the assessment results shall be submitted to the Provincial Department of Education for the record.
The Provincial Department of Education regularly or irregularly inspects the implementation of "Qixing Plan" in counties (cities, districts), and organizes relevant experts to conduct mid-term sampling evaluation or expiration evaluation on the performance of duties by Qixing team and its members.
Twenty-sixth in any of the following circumstances during the employment period, the education administrative department at the county level shall put forward opinions.
