(a) Foshan New Town and Shunde New Town motorcycle restricted areas are completely banned from motorcycles.

From 2065438 on September 1 2004, motorcycles were completely banned in the existing motorcycle restricted areas of Foshan New Town and Shunde New Town (except motorcycles in special industries that have obtained passes). The comprehensive motorcycle ban areas are as follows: Foshan New City (east to Huayang Road, west to Fenjiang Road, south to Dongping Waterway, south to Hua Fu Road); Shunde New Town (east to Guotai Road and Luguan Road, west to G 105, north to Longpan North Road and south to Desheng Waterway) (see Annex 1 for details).

2. Carry out special rectification, severely crack down on illegal operation of motorcycles and all kinds of prominent traffic violations involving motorcycles, and actively crack down on public security cases involving motorcycles.

(7) Strengthen publicity and guidance.

1. In combination with the adjustment of motorcycle management measures, carry out special publicity in a down-to-earth manner, create a good social atmosphere, win the support of all sectors of society for new policies and measures, and reduce the resistance to implementation.

2. According to the public opinion related to motorcycles in the implementation process, respond in time and resolve unstable factors in advance.
