Facing the market demand, we should firmly grasp the three links of training, attracting and making good use of talents, implement the "four major projects" such as innovation of tourism talent system and mechanism, tourism talent exchange, tourism talent spark and tourism talent star, strengthen tourism academic education, vigorously develop tourism vocational education and on-the-job training, increase the development of tourism talents, and promote the construction of tourism talent market.

1. Strengthen tourism academic education.

Integrating the existing tourism education resources and building Chongqing Tourism College. Strengthen the construction of tourism departments and disciplines, and strive for a doctorate in tourism. Set up tourism specialty and teaching content scientifically and reasonably, and innovate tourism teaching mode.
