What's the difference between Jialing Honda and Jialing Industry? Is the motorcycle of Jialing Industry a joint venture?

Jialing Honda is a joint venture between Chongqing Jialing and Japan Honda. Jialing is a domestic brand, not a joint venture. In 2005, Jialing Honda quit the motorcycle industry. At present, only some general mechanical products are produced, such as small generators, lawn mowers and small construction machinery. Now Jialing is producing motorcycles, not Jialing Honda. Jialing is also a purely domestic brand, not a joint venture brand. In other words, Jialing Honda is a joint venture, but it no longer produces motorcycles. Jialing manufactures motorcycles in China.
