Does Jiangxi pre-school education college only apply for pre-school education?

You can't just apply for preschool education. Graduates of pre-school education in Jiangxi technical secondary schools can apply for pre-school education majors, not just pre-school education majors. According to Jiangxi Education Examinations Institute's "Jiangxi General College Admissions Guide" (202 1), graduates of secondary vocational schools (technical secondary schools) can take the college entrance examination and the college entrance examination, and apply for all majors at undergraduate and higher vocational (specialist) levels. College graduates can also take part in postgraduate entrance examination and recruitment, apply for master's degree and various recruitment positions.
