Some people say this because there are two ways for them to find a suitable job after learning UI design. One is to become a full-time employee of a company, and the other is a part-time job. But there are risks in either way. After all, many large companies will train their own talents in UI design, and they may not be able to get suitable part-time jobs by virtue of UI design.

First, many large companies will train their own UI design talents.

In some people's opinion, because UI design is very popular at present, and there are many related positions provided by major companies, they will think it is more convenient to find a job after learning UI design. However, we should know that although major companies are recruiting employees in UI design, they will also train some talents in this field. In this case, it is likely that major companies will stop recruiting after graduation, so they can't find jobs that suit them, which also means that their desire to find jobs through UI design is frustrated.

Second, I may not find a suitable part-time UI designer.

Compared with becoming a full-time employee of a company, it may be a good choice for some people to do some part-time jobs related to UI design. After all, part-time jobs are more free than regular employees, and they can also get an extra income. You should know that UI design often requires people to invest a lot of time, and part-time job also means instability. Under such circumstances, it is difficult for people to get a suitable UI design job through part-time work, and even the job will be rejected by Party A, which leads them to spend a lot of time only to get basic remuneration, and they cannot earn a satisfactory salary through UI design.
