I. Conditions for introduction

(a) excellent academic performance, physical and mental health, in principle, under the age of 35, who has obtained a doctorate for no more than 3 years, can apply to enter Jiujiang postdoctoral mobile station to engage in postdoctoral research, and apply to enter workstations in natural science, humanities and social sciences or mobile stations where talents are scarce. The age may be appropriately relaxed, but it shall not exceed 40 years old. According to the regulations of the National Bo Management Office, "three types of personnel" (on-the-job, over-age and subject personnel at the same level) are not allowed to enter the station.

(2) The post-doctoral working time is 2 to 3 years, and the specific time is determined scientifically by the station-setting unit, the cooperative tutor and the post-doctoral himself according to the work needs, and is clearly defined in the contract or agreement. Accumulated postdoctoral standing time (including multiple pit stops and study abroad, etc.). ) shall not exceed 6 years. In addition to the above conditions, the postdoctoral staff who intend to enter the station should also meet the recruitment requirements of specialties and skills stipulated by the station-setting unit.

Second, the introduction principle and recruitment situation

Jiujiang adheres to the principle of having both ability and political integrity, distribution according to needs and paying attention to performance, and is introduced by the employing unit in an open, equal, competitive and merit-based manner. Recruitment types mainly include four types: independent recruitment of workstations, joint recruitment of workstations, independent recruitment of post-doctoral innovation practice bases and joint recruitment of post-doctoral innovation practice bases, and the demand for talents is more than 30. Third, policy treatment.

Postdoctoral talents introduced from Jiujiang can enjoy the following policy treatment: (1) Enjoy the relevant policy treatment for high-level talents in our city. (II) Postdoctoral candidates can apply for the National Postdoctoral Innovative Talents Support Program, the China Postdoctoral Science Fund and other grants, or they can apply for the daily post-doctoral funding in Jiangxi Province, the preferential funding for post-doctoral research projects in Jiangxi Province, and the financial support for post-doctoral projects in our city. (3) Post-doctoral researchers who have passed the examination by the employing unit and have made outstanding achievements in scientific research may apply for the accreditation of deputy senior professional and technical qualifications with reference to the Measures for the Accreditation of Professional and Technical Qualifications in Jiangxi Province. Postdoctoral researchers who meet the corresponding qualifications may apply for professional and technical qualifications. (four) to support the post doctoral researchers in the station to set up small and micro enterprises of science and technology, and to give key support to the small and micro enterprises set up by post doctoral researchers who meet the application conditions for business guarantee loans.
