Chi Heng Foundation’s work in China includes AIDS prevention for vulnerable groups, funding and care for patients and affected children. As an organization without political stance or religious background, Chi Heng Foundation's mission is to create an equal, harmonious and healthy society.

Chi Heng Foundation’s service scope includes:

1) prevention and education work;

2) care and education assistance for orphans;

3) Eliminate discrimination (including sexual orientation discrimination), etc.

Chi Heng Foundation was established in 1998 and is a legal charity organization registered in Hong Kong. The meaning of "Zhixing" is to put wisdom into action and help the less fortunate. The Chi Heng Foundation's philosophy is to use knowledge into action to help children affected by AIDS go to school and provide AIDS prevention education to disadvantaged groups. Chi Heng Foundation has opened 10 offices across the country, located in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Henan, Anhui, and Yunnan.
