Yes According to official website of Yueyang Foreign Language School, Yueyang Foreign Language School (formerly known as Yueyang No.8 Middle School) was founded in 1993, and it is the only public complete middle school in Yueyang that features language education. Public schools refer to schools funded and operated by the government. Yueyang Foreign Language School, referred to as Yuewai for short, is a key middle school founded by Yueyang Municipal Government and directly under the Municipal Education Bureau. Selected as the first batch of Yueyang demonstration ordinary high schools and the first batch of Yueyang first-class ordinary high schools. It is the first experimental school in Hunan province to reform the six-year compulsory education model in junior high school and senior high school. It is the only school in Yueyang with the qualification of Beijing Foreign Studies University. He is a member of the National Foreign Language School Work Research Association and vice president of the Basic Education Branch of Hunan Education International Exchange Association.
