According to the "Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Jiangsu Province" and other regulations, relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Application conditions
(1) Having People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality and abiding by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC).

(2) Online confirmation
1.24 hours later (postponed on weekends and holidays), applicants can check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination on the registration website.
2. There is no registration fee and examination fee for this open recruitment, and the registration is successful after passing the preliminary examination.
3. Those who fail to confirm the registration qualification on time and upload photos online are deemed invalid.
(3) Matters needing attention in registration
1. Applicants should truthfully fill in the relevant information according to the job requirements and online tips, and upload their recent two-inch (35×45 mm) photos bareheaded, with the format of jpg and the size not exceeding 20Kb.
The school conducts audit according to the information provided by the candidates.
Candidates who practise fraud will be disqualified once they are verified.
2. The high-level talents recruited this time are all doctoral positions, and there is no grading ratio. After 7 working days from the date of the announcement, according to the registration situation, organize the assessment by yourself, subject to the school notice, and fill the position.
3. Applicants can only select one position from the position table to register.
After passing the preliminary qualification examination, the registration information cannot be changed.
Candidates who have not passed the preliminary qualification examination may change to other qualified positions during the registration period.
Applicants should use the second-generation resident ID card within the validity period to register, and the ID cards used for registration and assessment must be consistent.
4. Applicants should accurately fill in the work experience in the column of "Learning and Work Experience" according to the conditions for applying for the exam (the unit, position and year of starting and ending positions must be indicated).
5. In any of the following circumstances, no application may be made:
(1) Servicemen and non-fresh graduates from colleges and universities;
(2) Those who are husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations or close in-laws with the person in charge of the institution shall not apply for the positions of organization (personnel), discipline inspection and supervision, and financial auditing of the institution; Those who have the above-mentioned relationship with existing employees shall not be employed as management posts that form a direct relationship between superiors and subordinates after taking office, and posts that should be avoided clearly in the Regulations on the Avoidance of Personnel Management in Institutions.
③ The new measures for open recruitment of institutions in Jiangsu Province came into effect on March 13, 2020. According to the public recruitment announcement of public institutions issued later, the personnel who have been employed in various local institutions in Jiangsu Province have not served for three years.
(4) Before August 3, 2023, Kloc-0, newly hired civil servants with less than five years of service, or those who leave their work units (posts) and are not allowed to be dismissed according to regulations (including explicit agreements), or those who are not allowed to apply for public institutions according to other national and provincial regulations.
Third, the organization and implementation of the examination
(1) Qualification examination
The second interview shall be conducted before the exam, and those who fail the second interview shall not take the exam.
When reviewing, you must check the originals and copies of the candidates' relevant materials.
1. Original and photocopy of the second-generation resident ID card (both sides are copied on a piece of A4 paper), and two two-inch bareheaded front color photos.
2. Non-fresh graduates provide the original and photocopy of the obtained academic qualifications, degree certificates and certification reports of Xuexin.com; Fresh graduates must provide the original and photocopy of the "Recommendation Form for Graduates' Two-way Choice of Employment" issued by their institutions; Those who have obtained academic degrees outside the country (territory) shall provide the original and photocopy of the academic degree certificate outside the country (territory) issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
3. The original and photocopy of the certification materials required for the remaining positions.
Anyone who practices fraud (inconsistent with the information filled in the application form) will be disqualified once verified.
(2) Evaluation procedure
Three working days before the exam, notify the candidates of the specific examination time, place and method by phone, SMS or email.
Candidates should take the exam at the specified time and place, otherwise they will be rejected.
(3) Assessment methods: trial lecture and interview.
1. Try to talk.
The trial lecture is conducted in accordance with the method formulated by the school itself. The content of the trial lecture is the core course content of the application position, and it is conducted in the form of lectures.
Try to give a full score of 100, and the qualified line is 60. Candidates will be informed of the trial results on the spot.
2. Interview.
The interview is conducted according to the interview method formulated by the school itself, which mainly tests the candidates' ideological and moral character, knowledge structure, language expression, adaptability and manners.

The total score of candidates is calculated by the percentage system, and the total score is 100.
Total grade = trial lecture *50%+ interview *50%.
Fourth, physical examination and investigation
After the examination, the total score of candidates shall be determined according to the total score calculation method, and among the qualified personnel in each individual examination (test), the physical examination personnel shall be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of the number of people to be recruited in the recruitment position 1: 1.
If the total score is tied, the medical examiner shall be determined according to the principle of giving priority to the person with the highest interview score.
The physical examination standard is implemented with reference to the National General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), and meets the requirements of physical examination for teachers' qualifications in Jiangsu Province.
The employing unit shall organize an inspection of those who have passed the medical examination, and determine the list of persons to be employed according to the inspection and medical examination results.
The list of candidates will be published on the Jiangsu Human Resources and Social Security website for 7 working days.
The publicity contents include post number, recruiting unit, post name, name of the person to be hired, education background, major, graduation institution, current work unit, recruitment examination results, total score, ranking, etc.
If the applicant's inspection or physical examination does not meet the requirements, or the publicity result of the candidate to be hired affects the employment, or the candidate to be hired explicitly abandons the employment, or the employment position is vacant for other reasons, the school will decide to fill it in turn.
After the employment is approved or put on record, it will not be renewed.

For those who have no objection to publicity, after being put on record by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the school shall go through the relevant employment procedures, sign an employment contract with them, and stipulate the probation period. The probation period for the first employee is 12 months, and the probation period for other employees is 6 months.
After the probation period expires, those who pass the examination will be given post grading; Those who fail the examination will be disqualified and the employment contract will be terminated.
Generally, if a person to be hired has entered into an employment contract with our school for more than 3 years (inclusive), in addition to dissolving the employment contract according to laws and regulations, he should also have served in the school for 3 years (including probation period).
After the examination and approval of employment, if the employee fails to sign an employment contract with the employer within 30 days, or fails to provide proof of dissolution of the relationship with the original unit, the employment qualification will be cancelled.
