The construction unit should do a good job of self-inspection. After the acceptance of the supervision team, the construction unit shall report it to the quality supervision station and the civil air defense office for acceptance. 4. Process acceptance: (1) Cushion and brick tire mold are actually templates, and the smoothness of cushion basically meets the requirements. Cushion thickness must meet the design requirements. Waterproof should be constructed continuously, and it should be put in place as soon as possible. If continuous construction is not possible, the lap length should not be less than 20cm. (2) Floor reinforcement: First of all, consider that the specifications and connection methods must meet the requirements. The mesh of upper and lower steel bars should be visually observed in the same direction on the same longitudinal axis plane, and the hook should be in a vertical state and put in place. Double mesh, the upper mesh should pass under the ground beam, and the effective height of the mesh is too small. All parts in contact with the ground beam must be tied together with tie wires. The first process should be strictly controlled, and each process is the beginning of the next process. The tractor must be placed in a quincunx shape, starting from the first row of the ground beam. If the spacing is designed to be 50cm and the mesh is 20cm, only 40cm can be found, and the binding personnel of the tractor cannot walk on it. Welders should hold relevant certificates and observe the welding quality on site. After welding, the upper and lower positions and horizontal positions should be centered. When the main reinforcement of the abdominal column conflicts with the water stop, the main reinforcement of the abdominal column must be considered. At the exhaust position, there are two vertical bars on both sides of airtight closed passage, wall, door frame wall and door opening, with the wall thickness within 30cm, three vertical bars on the opposite door within 30cm~50cm, two diagonal bars at the corner and three vertical bars within 30cm ~ 50cm. The bottom reinforcement must be anchored in the bottom plate and the top diagonal reinforcement must be anchored in the top plate. The horizontal reinforcement includes the openings of all horizontal stirrups of the explosion-proof door, and the openings facing away from the door. In the final analysis, vertical steel bars, especially external walls and airport walls, are not allowed to overlap. The vertical reinforcement of the wall should be basically vertical to the wall, and the anchorage on the outside of the outer wall should overlap with the roof horizontally. There should be no deviation in the height of the external wall reinforcement from the cushion to the roof, so as to avoid the vertical reinforcement of the external wall being too low and overlapping with the roof.
