Process technicians are responsible for monitoring whether production line employees are producing in strict accordance with the process flow, and guiding and correcting non-compliant operating procedures. The following are the job responsibilities of a process technician that I have compiled.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Review, organize and archive production data

2. Confirm and prepare production process documents Product operation instructions, process flow charts, etc.

3. Production and daily maintenance of production clamping tools

4. Tracking of trial production of new products and making trial production summary reports, new Arrangement of old products

5. Analysis of defective products in the production line production process, process optimization of the production line, improvement of production line efficiency and throughput rate

6. Production engineering technology Assist in handling abnormalities, daily work management and regular training of maintenance technicians

Job requirements

1. Technical secondary school degree or above, semiconductor and electronics Related majors

2. Have more than 2 years of working experience in electronics-related industries, and those with experience in consumer and industrial electronic products are preferred

3. Familiar with the circuit board (PCBA) production process, Have good ability to handle abnormal accidents

4. Familiar with the use of relevant PCB design tools, proficient in the use of soldering irons, hot air guns, multimeters, oscilloscopes and other production testing tools

Job Responsibilities:

1. Under the leadership of superiors, formulate production plans and assist superiors in their implementation;

2. Responsible for process training and inspection in the production workshop;

2. Undergraduate students with a bachelor’s degree in engineering;

3. 2 years or more of working experience in production systems;

Job Responsibilities:

. Develop corresponding process flow according to customer order requirements, and establish a strict inspection system to ensure the compliance of process procedures and operating procedures. Execute correctly, improve the level of production operations, and ensure smooth production;

2. Cooperate in revising and issuing product drawings and process flow cards;

3. Assist the process supervisor to improve and coordinate The process equipment and process flow in the production process solve process problems in the product production process;
