Provisions on the use of public rental housing in Zigui County:

Tenant family has one of the following acts, should be returned to the public rental housing:

Lending, subletting or changing the use of the house;

The security object dies without justifiable reasons or has not actually lived for six consecutive months;

Failing to pay the rent for more than six months without justifiable reasons;

Changing, damaging or decorating houses without authorization, refusing to restore the original state or compensating for losses;

Engaging in illegal and criminal activities in rented public rental housing;

Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

If the lessee refuses to return the public rental housing, the county housing construction department shall order it to return within a time limit. If it is not returned within the time limit, the county housing construction department will apply to the people's court for compulsory execution according to law.

If the tenant family has one of the following acts, it shall vacate the public rental housing:

In the specified audit period, the annual audit was not conducted in the county housing security center or the annual audit did not meet the conditions for renewal;

Apply for lease renewal, but it does not meet the conditions for lease renewal after examination;

During the lease period, other houses are acquired by means of purchase, gift or inheritance.

If the tenant family is under any of the circumstances specified in the preceding paragraph, the county housing security center shall arrange a lease-out period of no more than six months, and the rent during the lease-out period shall be paid according to the amount of rent agreed in the contract.
