1. Original passport (valid for more than 6 months) (passport issued in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangdong. 2. A photo (recent 2-inch color photo)

3. A form (Japanese entry visa application "for group travel"), (the serial number of the person in the invitation letter is indicated in the upper right corner of the form) and (the serial number is also attached to the passport).

4. One set of original and one set of photocopy of the Japanese recruitment guarantee, list and timetable (copy on A4 paper).

From the second day after signing the embassy, 10 work sunrise visa, passport and form are arranged in the order listed in the invitation letter.

Note: 10 people cannot sign after signing. If you want to cancel the contract, you must give sufficient reasons to prove it.

(2) Description of short-term business visa in Japan

If you go to Japan for cultural exchanges, local government exchanges, sports exchanges, and short-term stay in Japan, you can conduct short-term business activities such as business contacts, attending meetings, negotiations, signing contracts, after-sales service, publicity, and market research. Please bring the following materials to the head office of China International Travel Service.

I: Materials issued by the Japanese side (Japanese)

1. Letter of recruitment reasons (in principle, the inviting unit should be a legal person, a group, a state or local government, but if a formal invitation is issued, a university professor can be regarded as the inviting unit).

2. Accommodation arrangements (including arrival date, return date, daily scheduled activities, hotel name and telephone number for each night, and names and telephone numbers of accompanying personnel throughout the journey).

3. Letter of guarantee (if the inviter is the director of the provincial department of the central government of Japan or a university professor or above, and it is a business invitation, it can also be omitted. )

4. Materials about the inviting unit

(1) registered legal person (legal person registration? This book is valid within 3 months after its issuance) (If the company is listed on the domestic stock market in Japan, a copy of the company part in the latest edition of "Club Quarterly Report" can be used instead)

(2) A brief description of the unregistered unit (company or organization); "On-the-job certificate" of university professors; Brochures or publicity can explain the information of the inviting organization.

Only one original is required for the above materials.

7. If the passport is valid for more than half a year and is issued outside Beijing's consular district, the original temporary residence permit for the workplace must be provided (the three northeastern provinces, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Shanghai, Fujian, Guangxi, Guangdong, Hainan, Sichuan, Chengdu and Chongqing do not belong to the Beijing Consulate).

8. Copy of divorce and retirement certificate (copy of A4 paper) issued by retirees.

9. Personnel of state organs, institutions and state-owned enterprises who apply for visas to Japan with personal passports must hold a letter of proof (A4 paper, one original, one reply) issued by their own units on why they hold personal passports and agree to use personal passports and visas.
