1. The promotion channel is narrow. The middle and senior management are very stable. As a joint-stock reform enterprise, several major shareholders hold important positions. Rather than saying that Jinfei is a joint-stock reform enterprise, it is essentially a family business.

2. The improvement of professional skills is limited. Jinfei is in the lower reaches of vehicle manufacturing, but its essence is still an OEM company. Although Jinfei Wheels has a great reputation in the industry, when a consumer buys a car, who cares whether it is a Jinfei or Mingfei brand. Wheel hub design basically requires the automobile company to directly deliver the design drawings, and Jinfei can produce them according to the drawings. The wheel hub production process has been very stable and mature after a century of development. It can be seen that there are very few innovations in wheel hub design and technology today, and there are also very few innovations that designers can learn. The customers faced by wheel hub manufacturing are also very stable (after all, there are only a few car manufacturers). If you are a new salesperson, you are basically a clerk at Dong Foreign Language, and there are few opportunities to expand customers and get commissions.

3. The turnover of low-level employees is serious. Corresponding to the high level of stability at the middle and top levels is the serious turnover of employees at the bottom. The working environment in the foundry industry is poor and the risk factor is high. Moreover, Jinfei operates three shifts, that is, the machines do not stop 24 hours a day. Workers work in three shifts: morning, noon and evening. The reverse time difference causes harm to the body and life. New college students are also low-level employees for Jinfei. Newcomers first have 3-6 months of worker experience. In fact, it is not an experience but a real job as a worker (salary or internship salary). How can it be described as miserable? . Jinfei recruited 130 college students in our class, and about 10 were retained a year later. Jinfei did not think about how to retain college students, but continued to recruit more than 100 college students for the next class. I have never been able to figure out what Jinfei’s talent strategy is? Why do we need to keep recruiting college students? After changing jobs, I thought about it. It recruited college students not to cultivate talents but to solve the problem of low-end labor force. This company did not need so many college students to recruit college students, but it lacked low-end labor force. After all, the division of labor in the industry chain was there.

Four. Management should be refined, rigorous and mechanized. What is the competitiveness of Jinfei Hub? Not innovation, not design, not brand, not service. It is a product of low cost and stable quality resulting from large-scale production, refined management, and group operations. Talent management corresponding to product advantages must be low labor costs and impersonal work discipline like machinery. This is the advantage of Jinfei Enterprises, the sorrow of Jinfei employees, and the harm to human nature.
