Suzhou tourist guide qualifications can be registered online to take the exam. Take 2019 as an example:

(1) Online registration

From 9:00 on August 20 to 17:00 on September 20, 2019, candidates can pass the National Tour Guide Qualification Examination Online registration system completes online registration. Candidates need to upload through the registration system a recent 1-inch ID photo with a white background that meets the requirements, a scanned copy of their ID card (including both front and back sides, the validity period of the ID card must cover the exam date), a scanned copy of their academic certificate and fill in the information, and upload the materials. (3) Payment

The payment method for the 2019 Tour Guide Qualification Examination is online. Candidates can only pay the fee after passing the qualification review. The deadline for payment is 17:00 on October 8, 2019. After the payment is successful, the fee will not be refunded.

(4) Print Admission Ticket

Starting from 9:00 on November 22, 2019, candidates can download the admission ticket through the online registration system and print it by themselves.

For candidates who pass the examination, the provincial culture and tourism authorities are entrusted by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism to issue a "Tour Guide Qualification Certificate".

In principle, the tour guide qualification certificate must be collected by the person himself. If he cannot collect it in person due to special reasons, another person can collect it on his behalf. When collecting the tour guide qualification certificate, the original ID card and copy of the tour guide qualification certificate and that of the person receiving the tour guide must be presented.
