IV. Registration and Qualification Review

1. Registration time: November 7-November 8, 2021

3. 4. Qualification review
The qualification review of applicants runs through the entire process of this selection and transfer. 5. Notes

5. Exam
1. Written test
Time: 9:00 to 11:00 on November 13, 2021.

Candidates will go to Room 1216 of Xuchang Personnel Examination Center (12th Floor, Building A, Xuchang Entrepreneurship Service Center) from 9:00 to 17:00 on November 12, 2021 to receive the written examination admission ticket.
2. Interview
(1) Receive the "Interview Notice"
Based on the written test scores, the candidates will be determined according to the ratio of 3:1 from high score to low score. Participate in interviews with candidates.
Those who score zero points in the written examination, are absent from the examination, or violate discipline will not be allowed to enter the interview.
Go to the interview site to receive the "Interview Notice" and attend the interview at the time and location specified in the "Interview Notice". Those who fail to receive the "Interview Notice" within the time limit will be deemed to have automatically given up their interview qualifications.
The time and place for collecting the "Interview Notice" will be notified later.
Vacancies that occur due to reasons such as being disqualified from the interview or voluntarily giving up, etc., will be filled in order from the candidates who applied for the same position in order from the highest score to the lowest score in the written examination.
(2) Interview
The interview will be conducted in the form of a structured interview, with a full score of 100 points. When the number of selected positions is equal to the number of interviews, if the structured interview scores of the interviewees for this position are lower than the average score of the candidates interviewed in this examination room, they will not be allowed to advance to the next stage.
The total test score = written test score × 50% + interview score × 50%
If the total test score of candidates applying for the same position is the same, the person who will enter the next stage will be determined based on the interview score ranking. ; If the interview scores are the same, an interview and an additional test will be conducted on-site, and the candidates who will enter the next stage will be determined based on the ranking of the interview and additional test scores. 6. Physical examination and inspection
Among those who apply for the same position, the physical examination candidates will be determined according to the total test scores in a ratio of 1.5:1 from high scores to low scores (pregnant candidates need to Provide marriage certificate and pregnancy medical certificate). Personnel who have passed the physical examination are determined to be the subjects of the inspection. The inspection contents mainly include ideological and political performance, moral character, professional ability, work performance, compliance with laws and regulations, integrity and self-discipline, job matching and whether evasion is required. At the same time, a qualification review will be carried out to mainly verify whether the applicant meets the prescribed qualification conditions and confirm whether the information submitted during registration is true, accurate and complete, and whether it is consistent with his or her real experience and background. The inspection conclusion is used as the main basis for determining the personnel to be hired. Those who do not meet the requirements for the position applied for or commit fraud found during the inspection shall not be determined as the personnel to be hired.
7. Public announcement and employment procedures
Based on the inspection results, the personnel to be hired will be determined and announced on the website of Xuchang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for 7 working days. After the publicity period expires and there are no objections, relevant procedures such as employment and inclusion will be handled in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
After receiving the employment notice, newly hired personnel must complete relevant procedures and report to the employer within one month. Those who fail to complete the formalities within the time limit without justifiable reasons will have their employment qualifications revoked.
Contract management is implemented for newly hired personnel, and the employer signs an employment contract with the newly hired personnel. The probation period for newly hired personnel is 3 months.
