1889 On July 9, Masataro was born in Aichi. When I was a child, I was adopted as an adopted son by the Kamiya family. When I grew up, I entered Nagoya Business School. Therefore, business schools with the motto "The world is my market" attach great importance to instilling the idea of "dominating the world through trade" in Japanese teaching, which has a great influence on Masataro's business philosophy in the future. After graduation, he went to work in Mitsui Co., Ltd., and a few months later he was sent to work in the British branch because of his outstanding achievements. Five years later, he went to the United States to take charge of the company's business for one year. After returning to Britain from the United States, Masataro resigned from Mitsui & Co., Ltd. and set up his own "Shengu Commercial Society" to engage in steel wholesale business. 1927, due to the adverse effects of the domestic economic recession and the strike of British coal miners, he closed his company in London and returned to China for leisure. After returning to China, influenced by the booming automobile manufacturing industry, he entered the company set up by General Motors in Japan to organize communications. A year later, he was promoted to vice minister of sales, and later served as manager of Tokyo dealership, director of sales advertising department and deputy general manager of the company.
