So to some extent, "workplace slang" exists as a kind of "language art", and its original intention is only to avoid language conflict with job seekers as much as possible.
Therefore, as long as it can prevent stepping on the pit, it is flexible. After all, although the workplace is difficult, HR is even more difficult, and there is no need to force exposure. It must be unpleasant.
