20 18 Announcement of Hangzhou Normal University's Open Recruitment of High-level and Shortage Professionals

According to the Implementation Measures of the Ministry of Personnel for Implementing the Interim Provisions on Public Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions (Zheng [2006] No.5) and the Operating Rules for Public Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Hangzhou (Trial) (No.380 of Social Development [2014]), Hangzhou Normal University and its affiliated institutions decided to openly recruit staff for the society due to their work needs.

First, the unit profile

Hangzhou Normal University is a municipal comprehensive university that focuses on teacher education, art education and basic disciplines of arts and sciences, and combines disciplines such as medicine, engineering, economics, management and law. The school is located in Hangzhou, with existing campuses such as Cang Qian, Xiasha, Yuhuangshan and Gudangwan. There are 16 colleges, 2 basic teaching departments and 1 directly affiliated hospitals (Hangzhou Second People's Hospital).

Second, the recruitment plan and conditions

(1) Recruitment Plan

Hangzhou Normal University openly recruits 93 high-level professionals who are in short supply. See the annex for the specific scheme.

Three. Recruitment procedures and methods

(1) Registration and qualification examination

Registration time: from the date of announcement to the time when the corresponding post is hired, the applicant will send the registration form to the designated mailbox by email with the theme of "post number+post name+name" and provide relevant electronic proof materials, including:

(1) resume (including study experience, work experience, teaching and scientific research experience and awards since high school), and a recent 1 inch bareheaded photo.

(2) ID card, education (degree), professional title, professional qualification, personal honor and other scanned copies, or school recommendation forms with transcripts (fresh graduates), work experience certificates (labor/employment contracts or social security payment records) and other related materials.

(3) Students studying abroad are required to provide a foreign academic degree certificate certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education and a scanned copy of the certificate of returning overseas students issued by Chinese embassies abroad.

Whether the application materials are successfully delivered shall be subject to whether the special mailbox receives an automatic reply. The applicant should properly keep the automatic reply of the special mailbox as the registration certificate. Please send the original registration materials to the post setting unit for review and confirmation during the interview. According to the requirements of the recruitment position, the recruitment and post setting unit conducts the preliminary qualification examination of the candidates and feeds back the preliminary results to the candidates through e-mail.

(2) Examination and evaluation

There is no minimum proportion limit for this recruitment. At least 15 working days after the announcement, the post setting college will organize examinations in batches according to the registration situation. Those who have passed the qualification examination shall be notified by the recruiting unit to come to the school for examination. The examination is conducted in the form of written examination or interview. The interview takes the form of structured interview or professional skill test, simulated lecture, academic report and professional defense. The contents and methods of the interview are formulated by the subject expert group according to the job responsibilities and professional requirements.

(3) Investigation and physical examination

According to the assessment results, according to the principle of merit-based admission, determine the object of investigation. The inspection focuses on understanding the ideological and political quality, ability and quality, law-abiding situation, moral quality cultivation, work experience, etc. Those who pass the inspection are determined to be physical examination objects. Physical examination standards and items shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the physical examination of civil servants in Zhejiang Province. Those who fail the inspection or physical examination can be replenished from the qualified personnel in the corresponding positions according to the total test scores from high to low.

(4) Publicity and employment

Those who pass the inspection and physical examination will be hired, and will be publicized on Hangzhou Human Resources and Social Security Network and School Recruitment Network after the inspection. The publicity time is not less than 7 working days.

After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection to the personnel to be hired or it does not affect the employment after verification, the school will go through the relevant entry procedures according to the annual preparation plan and prescribed procedures, and the employed personnel will be included in the career establishment management, sign an employment contract with the unit, and stipulate the probation period according to the regulations.
