Only a few people did, because the company thought they were the core, so they did, but we didn't.

Except social security, other holiday benefits are not perfect. Last year, when I was speechless, I talked about a 7-day short holiday in 10, so we had a 3-day holiday and then went to work. What a pity! Usually, the holiday is one day less than that of other companies.

The second pit dad: cleaning every day.

Well, you are not mistaken, that is, cleaning, because the company is relatively developing well now. Therefore, the office is relatively large, and some bosses' offices are often visited for tea. Many companies are the boss's secretary or assistant to clean, but everyone in our company has to participate. I happen to be in charge of the office of one of the leaders. Because I am more careful, I won the approval of the leaders. But most people in the office are actually opposed to cleaning, because they spend more than half an hour cleaning every day on average, and some people can't even stand the idea of leaving their jobs.

Pit dad 3: There are many chores.

It is said that there are many chores in the company, not the general kind. To what extent? Boys have to change the water in fish tanks frequently (the company has three fish tanks, and the water needs to be changed 1-2 times a week on average), and even some boys leave their jobs because of this choice. In addition to changing the water in the fish tank, they are also responsible for moving goods and other trivial matters in the product department. Girls are relatively better, but they also have to face a lot of chores, so many people even feel unbearable.

The last thing you can't accept is the technical training during the New Year, because our company belongs to the model of storefront+office investment promotion, but the biggest leader is the person in charge of the storefront. So I always feel that the office is too easy and the store is too hard. Therefore, during the Spring Festival, before the first month 15, the key point is that everyone pays 100 yuan to return the money to us. The point is that this technology is too strong. In the office, you said you wanted to learn from your own industry. Needless to say, we will study hard ourselves, but this kind of technology, which is only suitable for storefronts and relatively difficult, is something we should learn. So at first, because it was relatively simple, everyone studied hard, but the more people failed later, the big leader had to come forward and reduce the score to 50 points. Even so, there are still many people who can't pass the exam. I did it, because I quit any job for seven days and went to study, and then the assessment teacher knew that they all let us go, which led to the departure of a female designer at that time. At that time, I asked for leave to say that my leg was broken, but we all know that is also an excuse and understanding. Although the company later returned the money after several customs clearance, everyone dared to say it.

Pit dad 4: overtime without pay

Now many big companies have corresponding overtime pay, but for our small company, there is no such thing, so sometimes it is easy to work overtime. For example, as an online promotion and editor, I just held a staff meeting yesterday, and everyone will go back to the store after the meeting. I have to work. I am not only a photographer, but also responsible for sorting out pictures and writing the news of the staff meeting, because once the leader said that he would be fined if he did not send it. In fact, I just didn't send it to him for him to read, so I had to write hard, because the leader had worked in a newspaper before, so I had to write well, but the staff meeting in the morning was open until 2 pm, and I had daily work of network promotion, so it was also very troublesome to write. The most important thing is that I will select some beautiful pictures from hundreds of pictures I have taken and beautify them with ps, Meitu Xiu Xiu and other related software, so that the pictures on the website will look good. So I worked overtime silently in the office until nearly nine o'clock yesterday, but it was also unpaid overtime without any overtime pay.

So we can only say that our work is so deceptive, but the better thing is that our colleagues in the company are still good and get along well.
