Historical origin

Its superior natural environment also provides unique natural conditions for wine-making in Shuanggou area. The history of brewing in Shuanggou area began in Yin and Shang Dynasties, flourished in Sui and Tang Dynasties, and flourished in Song and Ming Dynasties. As early as the Shang and Zhou Dynasties, the brewing technology in Shuanggou area was mature and became the production and trade center of Qu liquor. In the early 1980s, a large number of wine vessels and "farming map" relief stones from the Western Han Dynasty were unearthed around Shuanggou, which proved the origin of wine-making in Shuanggou area at that time.
