Open factory case: Hiroyuki

Yesterday morning (19), the live experience of food safety science jointly sponsored by Suining Food and Drug Administration and Suining Radio and Television Station was successfully held. A trip to the factory made 27 children who went to Xizhilang Company particularly excited.

At Suining factory of Sichuan Xizhilang Food Co., Ltd., located at Yinhe South Road in the city center, Huang Lin, director of Xizhilang Quality Management Department, first explained the origin and culture of the company to the children. Later, under the leadership of the staff, the children came to the product exhibition hall, wandering in the "ocean" of snack foods such as jelly, milk tea, seaweed, pudding and nuts, immersed in the atmosphere of various sweet flavor packages, and unwilling to leave for a long time.

Finally, the children witnessed the modern production line to ensure food safety in the production workshop. During the visit, the bright and tidy environment and the efficient and orderly automated production line opened the eyes of the children.

This live experience not only has impressive visits, but also interesting small classes specially tailored for children. How are the foods on the store shelves produced? How does the production line in the workshop work? What kind of food is safe? ...... For curious children, visiting Xizhilang Factory is undoubtedly an excellent opportunity to solve doubts. The staff of the US Food and Drug Administration also vividly explained the knowledge of food safety and nutrition and the tips of rejecting "five-wool food", so that children can learn how to identify fake and shoddy food, enhance their awareness of self-protection and consciously resist the temptation of junk food.

Through the on-the-spot experience activities of food safety science popularization, children can better understand basic food safety knowledge, establish good food safety awareness and carry out happy and unforgettable social practice.
