Public institution examinations usually use a percentage system to calculate candidates' scores. A minimum score will be set for the written examination, and the provincial public institutions will conduct open corporate recruitment, and the competent department will determine it based on the number of applicants and the examination results. Interviews are organized by the recruiting unit or the competent department in accordance with the record interview method. The record of the interview plan is generally completed about one week before the interview. After the candidates reach the written test score line, the proportion of candidates for interview will be determined from high scores to low scores according to the recruitment plan and position.
