Qingdao Ocean Shipping Crew Vocational College, founded in 1976, is a maritime vocational college under the management of China Ocean Shipping (Group) Corporation. College was founded in 1976, formerly known as Qingdao Maritime School. Over the past 30 years, Qingdao Shipyard has trained more than 60,000 ocean shipping talents for China.

Qingdao Ocean Shipping Crew Vocational College was established in 1976, and began to recruit college entrance examination students nationwide from 1995. In 2002, he took the lead in launching a four-year dual-major education pilot in Shandong Province. In 2005, it was rated as an excellent school for talent training level evaluation by Shandong Provincial Department of Education.
