1. Principles of selection and transfer work

The selection and transfer work shall implement the principles of openness, fairness, impartiality, competition and merit selection, and combine candidates with real talent, practical knowledge, both ability and political integrity, and youth and strength. Teachers with certain practical teaching experience and research organization capabilities are selected to county-level teaching and research positions.

2. Scope of selection

On-the-job middle school teachers in the county.

3. Staff selection positions

There are 6 full-time teaching and research staff positions: 1 each for middle school Chinese, middle school mathematics, middle school physics, middle school chemistry, middle school biology, and middle school music.

IV. Qualifications for selecting personnel

1. Love education and teaching and research work, have good teacher ethics, strong professionalism and work responsibility. Competent or above in the annual assessment of the unit in the past five years.

2. Under 45 years old (born after January 1, 1972).

3. Have the corresponding teacher qualification certificate; have a bachelor's degree or above; have more than 6 years of teaching experience and have been working on the front line of teaching; have senior teacher or above professional titles.

4. Have strong language expression and writing skills. In the past five years, at least one paper has won a municipal award or been published publicly.

5. Have strong educational information application capabilities.

6. Have strong professional teaching ability, guidance ability and teaching and research ability. The subject you hold has won one of the honorary titles such as "Special Teacher", "Rising Star in Teaching", "", "Discipline Leader", "Backbone Teacher" at the municipal level or above; or the subject you hold has excellent quality courses, basic skills and Won the municipal first prize or above in the classroom teaching competition.

5. Selection Procedure

(1) Announcement

Publish announcements on the county government website, human society website, and education website respectively. Press Announcement, Registration (Qualification review), written examination, interview, inspection, publicity and other links. For positions with less than 3 applicants, the selection for that position will be canceled in principle.

(2) Registration and qualification review

1. Time: 17:00 from March 1 to March 4, 2017), late applications will not be accepted.

2. Location: Multimedia Room on the second floor (east) of Linquan County Education Bureau.

3. Relevant requirements: Those who meet the selection and transfer conditions must fill in the registration form as required (see attachment, in duplicate, download online). Materials must be submitted when registering: ID card, academic certificate, professional and technical qualification certificate, honorary certificate, award certificate, etc. Originals and 1 copy each (the originals will be returned after face-to-face verification), and 5 recent 2-inch full-face photos without hats.

(3) Examination method, scope, time and location

1. Examination Methods

All those who are included in the examination will take a written test at the specified time. After passing the written test, candidates will be selected for interview according to the position in a ratio of 1:3 from high scores to low scores. Based on the comprehensive written test and interview scores, one person for each position will be selected for inspection from high scores to low scores.

2. Written test (60%)

(1) Educational laws, regulations and basic professional knowledge (30%): knowledge about educational laws, regulations, pedagogy and psychology;< /p>

(2) Professional ability (70%): basic knowledge about educational evaluation, mastery of curriculum standards and teaching materials of corresponding disciplines, and new concepts of curriculum reform.

Notes: (1) Involving teaching materials: The selected teaching materials are based on the current selection of high schools and junior high schools. (2) Others are not limited in scope.

Teaching will be conducted in a class without students (using multimedia teaching methods) and defense (music will not be defended, but designated songs will be played and sung) to mainly examine teaching. Design ability, classroom teaching ability, language expression ability and overall quality.

4. Time and location

The specific time and location of the written examination and interview will be notified later.

(4) Inspection

According to the final ranking of the written test and interview (if the scores are the same, the one with the higher interview score will be given priority), and the inspection objects will be determined in a ratio of 1:1 .

(5) Determine the personnel to be hired

After being inspected and qualified, they will be announced. After the announcement and there are no objections, the personnel to be hired will be determined.

(6) Recruitment

The official candidate will be determined after the county selection leading group has studied and approved it. A probation period system is implemented for selecting and transferring personnel (the probation period is one semester). Those who pass the evaluation after the probation period will be handled by the County Organization Office, Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Finance Bureau and other departments for employment and salary relations.
